For food, we loved dishes like the Vicenza and Madrid pasta, the Piamonte and Marseille entrées, plus the Hawaii and Salvador plates, and even the fettuccine with cheese sauce and broccoli was excellent. Every single plate came out beautifully and tasted great. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is impressive, and Brian truly elevated the experience with his service. My Cuban sandwich and their $7 "premium" fries came out lukewarm, and I didn't feel well afterward. When they finally showed up, they were cold too. We brought the issues to the staff's attention. While the manager took $50 off the bill, they never came to the table to apologize or acknowledge the problems. For a busy holiday week on Anna Maria Island, you'd expect a restaurant to be prepared, but this was unacceptable -- slow service, poorly handled food, and no accountability from management.
