I almost took us to Chili's based on the star count. That would have been sad! Our shared order was for a "Texas Salad" topped with a grilled to order sirloin, a side of sweet potato fries and just water for our dehydrated selves. While waiting for that order, they started us with a bucket of peanuts followed quickly with four yeast dinner rolls with butter and "honey" (not real honey by my taste) in a syrup jar. Bottom line; we ate way too much but except for the rolls and syrup it couldn't have been better. The sirloin was as a perfect medium rare, seasoned nicely and really went perfectly with the salad. Sadly, we had eaten most of the meal by the time I thought about pictures. Mea Culpa. Along with all the above, Allison took care of us well. I am a bit shocked tonight to write this post... But this was the worst experience I have had at this Cracker Barrel or any Cracker Barrel in a long time maybe ever. Blah and bland would be great terms to use. Just downright blah. And disappointing. To top it off, I purchased meals using my app or at least my rewards information. It appears that none of that information has been loaded onto my app, despite having purchased the meals to the tune of 800+ dollars 4+ days ago.
