For the price, I expect a much better-prepared wing--a proper fry to get them crispy before tossing in the sauce would make a world of difference. The pricing overall feels quite high, especially considering the counter-service model. It's frustrating to pay premium prices for a meal where you have to order at the counter. On top of that, the nickel-and-diming for extra ranch is annoying, especially when the quality of the ranch itself was inconsistent in both thickness and taste. To top it off, the service was lackluster; the bartender didn't seem very welcoming and gave the impression that they were doing the bare minimum.
