Never showed up and didnt even know who i was when i called back!!
I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment when i ran down to let the dog out. I yelped a locksmith and this is what i found. I called and spoke to a woman. I told her my story and asked her to send help and asked how much it would cost. She then told me and i said thank you. She said good by and hung up. An hour later of waiting and freezing i decided to call again. When they answered i told them no one had shown up. She asked if a tech had called me and i said no. She put me on hold and another person answered when i told them i just wanted to cancel they asked my name and address and couldnt even find that i had called! Thanks for having me sit out in the freezing cold for an hour!
