Called ahead because I needed to get into a safe that was malfunctioning. Told them exactly what model I had and was told to bring it in and they would get it open. Drove 45 minutes to the shop, waited about 15 minutes for other customers to be helped and was ultimately told that they didn't have the proper tools to pick the lock - as they said they would on the phone. Ended up going to Bullet Lock in Long Branch for a much different experience. They were outstanding. read more

Lost my keys, had a spare ignition key which they used to make a dupe. A few days later I found my keys, but ignition key wouldn't lock/unlock car doors, or start car, the only one that worked was the new one that they had cut & programmed. Went back, they then told me that when programming new ignition key, they had to basically DE-program the others--- leaving me with no usable spare ignition key. Guys, why in god's name did you not tell me this ?? You let me leave totally unaware that my old ignition keys were useless. They re-programmed the old key for $40. Really left me with some hard feelings toward them. read more

Professional, friendly, quick service. I had 2 locks installed and 4 re-keyed. The installation was done well. Locksmith was honest and didn't install 2 additional locks I had due to their size and offered another recommendation instead. It pains me to give this review because I was a customer of this business for years however, it seems like everything else in 2023. The owner has changed his views of the world, and how to do business. If you want to go in there and purchase a lock or many locks, and then get questioned on why you want them and how you want to use them and then get talked to you like you're three years old at a birthday party and asking for a second piece of cake, then this is the place for you. Apparently they sell the Only lock that is superior to all locks in the world and when using this one lock you will never need to put a bottom and top lock on any of your doors AGAIN, it makes the house and door UNBREAKINABLE !!! Maybe he should sell this Magic Lock to the National Archives, or Fort Knox, or all the Banks, or every Prison in the World, oh and lets not leave out the White House and Capital and the Pentagon. Why do u ask well because everybody is using the WRONG LOCK you only need ONE. And the greatest lock genius in the world is tucked away at Atlantic Lock in BB, waiting for you the paying customer to come and try and buy more then one lock to lock your door and secure your home with your most sacred possessions in them.......like your family .This is a now become a business where even a paying customer cannot purchase what they want. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ATLANTIC LOCK- you will be sorry. They will take your money and not stand by the products they sell and install. They do not return calls and they have excuses for everything. I paid a lot of money for new digital locks in my house and in less than 4 months multiple ones are broken. I have been reaching out for over2 months now to have repairs done and there is one excuse after another. They claim the lock manufacturer is very slow at shipping. They believe they are going above and beyond by not charging me to come out and make the repair. I support local businesses whenever possible, but this has been a huge disappointment and aggravating experience. I believe I would be receiving much better service from Home Depot or Lowes. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting to hear how they respond. read more

Needed a new door lock. Visited the showroom and the staff was helpful in selecting the right lock for our door. The lock needed to be ordered, when it arrived we received a call telling us it was in and they could come install it that same day. Rich came to the house and did the work. Had a blank key cut for a car. Did not work. They said the blank key I purchased from Ebay was of low quality that's why it did not work. So, I purchased a blank key from them this time and had them cut it . It still did not work. They do not know what they're doing but what's bad is they do not acknowledge that their equipment is sub standard and would not apologize for not getting the job done and wasting almost 4 hours of my time. Bought another blank key from Ebay and had it cut at Top Security Locksmith in Point Pleasant and there was no problem. Was done in about half an hour. read more
