This is a well organized team. Communication was fast and easy. They are very considerate regarding their client's needs and schedules. The technician was a brilliant young man with extensive experience. He went out of his way to solve several issues we had. I know good work when I see it having previously being an independent contractor. He easily solved problems that I couldn't tackle. He made a 30 year old slider door PERFECT and replaced the broken pane on the same day.... it glides better than new. He improvised a great solution to a front door sticking, where many repair people would have opted for frame replacement and other, more expensive solutions. He also repaired a deadbolt lock (really impressive... he knows locks) that normally would have had to be replaced. All this was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Service was so great! At an extremely reasonable price! He changed the master code on my Front door lock. Even though we had to wait for the keypad to get overnights by Schlage, he didn't even charge me another service call to return 5 days later, and complete the installation of the keypad. Late this afternoon, we realized that we needed a locksmith. I called this company and explained what we needed and that this was NOT an emergency, but that we would need someone at our home sometime this week. We recently took possession of a home, where the previous owners never provided us with a set of keys!
