NBD because all locks have since been changed. Adam then went into action to help us figure out what locks we need at best cost and number of locks. I would recommend Adam, I would suggest taking as many pictures of your locks as possible so you can coordinate if it is possible or if you need a new lock all together

I needed my locks changed and they showed up on short notice and were very accomodating, understanding of my needs, and competent. When we called to rectify the situation, he told us he gave us the keys. He implied that we were lying and told us that he checked all his pockets and truck so that meant we had the keys. Mohanad said that if he had to come back out to fix the problem, he was going to charge us an additional fee. Completely unprofessional and does not stand by his work.

I thought the fee to come out was quite reasonable. He also checked the lock to make sure it was not malfunctioning. Turns out it was human error.
