He was honest, which I very much appreciated, and he was knowledgeable. He was the only company that I contacted that asked me to send a picture beforehand so he could get an idea of what he may have been up against. I was able to get a brand new, programmed key fob from him without ever having to leave my home. I was so worried that I would have to get my car towed to a dealership and then have them try to fix what I thought was a "key stuck in the ignition," but Bob was able to explain what had really happened and resolved my issue. I know for certain that I would have been charged much more if I got a new programmed key at the dealership, but Best Choice was affordable and really cared about saving me as much as possible. If I ever run into anyone that is looking for a locksmith, I will be sure to refer them to this company.

Got locked out of my apartment recently and made the mistake of choosing Brunswick Local Locksmith…read moreto help me. The first red flag was that the website clearly says 15% off your first lockout while those on the phone tried to convince me that it's only 5%. The representative I was assigned was completely unprofessional. He didn't let me know that it wasn't guaranteed I would get in and tried two ways to open the door. He only said that the third way would cause damage to the door. I am renting so obviously, this was not possible. After I paid a ridiculous amount of money for NOT getting into my apartment, I ended up making a trip to grab my spare key. Once I returned, I found the door was jammed and not even my spare key could open it. Clearly, the door was damaged by the locksmith and when I had a maintenance team help me, we found that the box strike plate was completely dented. In addition, a lot of paint was chipped off the door, and there's now a gap even when the door is fully closed. So, I paid an astronomical price for having my door damaged, which my building had to fix themselves, in addition to not having my problem resolved. The receipt states that I paid on the basis of being fully satisfied with the service which is evidently NOT the case. Avoid to salvage your bank account and your mental health.
