wasn't sure who to call but found squan via Yelp. I spoke with The dispatcher who happened to react me at an inconvenient time but he was very understanding and gave me his cell number as I wasn't going to be able to get back to him until after business hours. I texted and he immediately responded, not only did he have someone from their team contact us to come right away he also followed up to be sure everything was set and we're happy Who else does something like that? True pro's Seriously, everything you want in a comapny working on your home: responsive, knowledgable, extremely skilled, reasonable rates and honest. They called very quickly after I left a message and was able to come at the same day. They installed deadbolts on our new (old) house's doors, a peephole, changed all the locks, and even adjusted some plating so an unlatching door finally locked. also gave as many keys as we wanted which was very generous. Chuck is just a cool pleasant guy in general. Also, before he came he took the time to walk me through which deadbolts to get so I didn't have to pay him to change locks on the new ones, which was very nice of him. Under promised and over delivered! Service was simply amazing. I called in for Service and before my phone call was over he was already calling on the other line. The tech i spoke with finished another job he was at and came to my place all within an hour and a half of my original call. I honestly thought I'd have to wait at least a few days. When he got to my house I thought we'd have to replace 12 different locks which I budgeted for, but rather than replacing the locks entirely, he simply re-keyed them. Service was fantastic! Tech was friendly and professional. He also responded to me promptly and immediately sent me some information around the high security locks that he recommended to meet my needs. He also knew that I had a sense of urgency around my request and treated it as such. When he delivered the locks, he took the time to make sure that I was an "expert" at locking it before he left. Professional, caring, accommodating and generous. Everyone I was in contact with either on the phone, the technician, etc were beyond wonderful. I had to change my date of service multiple times and these guys made every effort to fit my service time needs. Amazing service and high quality people. I was in a major hurdle - I got home from work and my door was locked. At that moment, I realized I locked the keys in the house. I have WIndsor french doors that have a unique locking system. The interior hardware became frozen and we could not lock or unlock the doors. The tech worked several hours, made sure that I was satisfied, and finally got the locking apparatus to work !! The keypad lock was installed with precision, made several adjustments because the previous lock hole was not exactly matching, and even when the lock fits and just needed a little bit push when turning the key, Tech patiently made adjustments until the door opens and closes perfectly smooth. Service was great The tech was professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I needed a front door lock assembly/deadbolt replaced and a security lock on a sliding door.
