He gave me options and worked quickly to resolve my immediate needs and scheduled another appointment to resolve our broken Baldwin lock issues. He was honest, which I very much appreciated, and he was knowledgeable. He was the only company that I contacted that asked me to send a picture beforehand so he could get an idea of what he may have been up against. I was able to get a brand new, programmed key fob from him without ever having to leave my home. I was so worried that I would have to get my car towed to a dealership and then have them try to fix what I thought was a "key stuck in the ignition," but Bob was able to explain what had really happened and resolved my issue. I know for certain that I would have been charged much more if I got a new programmed key at the dealership, but Best Choice was affordable and really cared about saving me as much as possible.
