Due to high demand it took a couple of days for the part to come in but once it was available they came back and our problem was solved permanently. While he was fixing the original issue he noticed another issue (which we already were aware of) and he fixed that too. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. It was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a service professional. And we are so grateful for all of it.

I have been loosing water from fish pond. I thought I might need a new liner since pond is older…read moreso I posted on Google "Need new fish pond liner". I was contacted shortly thereafter by Alex from Cisnes who said he could help me. He wanted to come by to see pond. He came the next day for a thorough look over and said he did not think the liner was the problem but he would need to do a more indepth check. We discussed cost and exactly what would be done. I agreed to cost and procedure. Alex and his crew (2 men) came the next day and began the investigation immediately checking water lines in and out of pond but did not find a leak. Next they checked the waterfall and there was the leak. The leak was repaired in short time and the area around pond was returned to how it was found. Alex is easy to work with as is his crew. I am very happy with the finished job and plan to hire Alex again in the near future for Landscaping work.

They're pleasant and quick, and do a great job. They trim closely around trees, the back porch and other areas too tight for the mowers. Prices are very reasonable.
