I live in Holiday City West, in Toms River NJ. I have tried getting construction help, most of the time no one replies or replies but doesn't show up. Porch King, replied to my request immediately, came out and reviewed the roof installation and gave me a very acceptable price. I was told the project would start in about three weeks, to my surprise it was moved up to a week. I was given a 9 to 9:30 am start time, and they were on the job at 9:15 am. It was expected to take a day or a day and a half, the whole job was completed in 6 hours. The installation looks great, the area was totally cleaned up. All the workers and the boss were polite and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional job and a reasonable price. Two things to note: The site for Porch King claims they accept Credit Cards, they do not anymore. Also, even though an address is given, there is no office to visit, you have to give a call for someone to come out.

When I reached out regarding a separate window seal issue that went unresolved for four months, I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication. In response, the contractor told me to never contact him again and refused to honor further communication. I am now forced to hire outside help to fix faulty installation. Proceed with caution if you expect post-build communication or warranty support,

When I arrived home, I was impressed that half of the metal roof was already up. After near completion of this project they re-checked they're work and then anchored the posts to the concrete. This job took a good part of the day. Before departing they cleaned up the area and to my surprise, they took all remaining packaging. Stone Brothers Construction did a great job. Our condo had been completely ruined by a flood caused by a burst water pipe, leading to catastrophic mold damage. We had to move out, and our home was stripped down to the studs. The floors, cabinets, and drywall were all gone. At one point, it honestly felt like the place might never be livable again. Andrew came in and completely turned that around. He restored our home into something beautiful, comfortable, and truly exciting to live in again. From the very beginning, he was kind, charismatic, and genuinely listened to all of our concerns. This wasn't an easy project, and there were a few bumps along the way, but whenever something came up, Andrew heard us out and immediately worked to make it right. He always made sure we were happy with the outcome. What meant the most to me was how supportive and reliable he was throughout the entire process. He guided me step by step, treated me with care, and took so much stress off my shoulders. On top of the construction itself, Andrew skillfully handled a complicated situation involving the property management company and insurance reimbursement. In the end, he completed the entire project within the amount provided by insurance, and the results exceeded my expectations. I've included photos to show just how severe the damage was and how incredible my home looks now. What once felt like a total loss has been fully rebuilt thanks to Andrew and his talented team. I'm deeply grateful for his work and recommend him to anyone who wants a contractor they can truly trust.
