This is a little hole in the wall place and there werent many people seated at the restaurant. I ordered the rare beef pho while my friend had a combo pho. He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. The spring rolls were HOT and served with a yummy vinegary sauce. The pho had amazing flavored broth. My husband liked the hoisin sauce and I loved the homemade sriracha on the tables. My daughter loved the tender slices of steak in our soup!!! Sooo good! We also had aperol spritz and Coca Cola. We also noticed we didn't get the "traditional" sprouts, mint, and jalapeños like we do in the states, and while we didn't ask about them, a French woman sitting next to us did, and the server brought her some bean sprouts.
