Visiting Paris and was fortunate to found this hidden gem. Their Pho and all their dishes were good and authentic. Service was friendly and they really appreciate the tips for great service. Don't listen to people saying tips is included in the price as they barely make that much comparison to American servers in the state. When ever we visit Paris we will be coming back for sure.

The taste of the beef pho was so delicious! The shrimp spring rolls were also yummy! We loved this restaurant!

Very quick service ! With my basic French the server understoood me. Food came hot and was perfect for a cold day. The mango sticky rice was so good but honestly a bit overpriced. Compared to other pho spots in Paris this was a bit more expensive.

Excellent experience. Food was tasty and service was wonderful. We had a bilingual waitress who gave excellent recommends and I appreciate they didn't try to upsell us on water. Will be back!

Bo Luc Lac. Saigon d'Anton, Paris.

Stepped off a tour bus at almost 930pm in search of some food in the St. Germain area of Paris. After finding many restaurants closed we came across Saigon d'Anton. A very small restaurant with just a few tables but the smells emanating from within convinced us to give it a try. We ordered one "Beef Pho" noodle soup and the "Bo Luc Lac", dishes we're familiar with when at home. I'm happy to say that both of them were excellent! The Pho was somewhat small but the quality was not lacking at all. The Bo Luc Lac was delicious, cooked perfectly and full of delicious flavors and served with rice, a fried egg and some salad. Great service, English speaking staff, reasonable prices and delicious Vietnamese food, two thumbs up from me.

When A TON of Paris is closed in August, Saigon d'Anton was bustling with business. What a great surprise this dinner was! No wait on a a Saturday night, and affordable too. The best part? DELICIOUS. The decor is a bit no frills, but it's a great choice for a casual meal. We got the pork spring rolls, I got the rice with beef loc lac, and my sister got the pork and shrimp Vietnamese crepe. It was all seriously amazing. My beef was charcoal grilled and I ate every bite. Service is super fast too!

Excellent Vietnamese with friendly service. Make a reservation. It gets very busy for good reason. Don't miss the sticky rice and mango.

Google brought us here and so happy they did - definitely a modern + tad upscale Vietnamese restaurant that's beautifully decorated and very clean Menu has photos! Loved that they offer a combo deal (appetizer + entrée + dessert) Seafood Tamarind Soup + BBQ Pork Vermicelli + 3color jelly dessert; -- soup 5/5, the Tamarind flavor came through so well, definitely what I needed to help with my cold - BBQ Pork Vermicelli, so refreshing, needed the greens for my body snd they delivered - 3color jelly dessert, flavor overall was good...but served not at the right temperature, the ice had already melted when it was brought out to me, it was served lukewarm...eh Papaya Salad + Clay Pot Caramelized Pork + Banana Brulee with Coconut Sago; - Papaya Salad, delicious and so refreshing, just what we we needed after the hustle and bustle of the day - Clay Pot Caramelized Pork 5/5, HOLY CRAP this was good LOOOL such rich in flavor that I had to order a bowl of rice so leftover caramelized glaze doesn't go to waste (sorry SO -- I didn't leave you with much hehe) highly recommend this dish! - Banana Brulee with Coconut Sago, tasty and refreshing! prefer this over my 3color jelly dessert Definitely check it out if you're wanting Vietnamese Cuisine!

Offering Vietnamese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine, Chez Cay unfortunately fell short of delivering authentic Vietnamese flavors. I ordered the Beef Pho, and found the broth lacking in depth and richness, while the noodles resembled more of pad thai than traditional pho noodles. Instead of fresh thinly sliced flank pieces, you'll find bits of brisket, meatballs, and maybe what resembles thinly sliced flank?? Attempting to salvage the dish, I reached for sriracha and hoisin sauce, only to discover they weren't available.

The menu is quite large and there is a menu in English. To start we ordered chicken dumplings that were good. I ordered Pho and my husband the noodles with chicken. The soup broth was tasty after adding all the herbs and sauces. My issue was with the beef slices. Some were tough with gristle that made it impossible to chew, others had an "off taste" and others were perfectly fine. The noodles were perfect! My husband enjoyed his dish but had a hard time locating many bits of chicken. I would not return as there are many other Vietnamese offerings in the area.

Yesterday at a nice bistro I got a salad to lighten things up, and it had so much creamy dressing, I was right back where I started. Needing a change, I headed for Foyer Mon Vietnam, up a small street close to a pretty happening area of the latin quarter. The place is cozy and welcoming, clean, with plants, warm lighting, and reasonably sized and spaced tables (indoor dining only). The service was super friendly and fast. But best of all the food was so FRESH and DELICIOUS. I walked out with a spring in my step. Tomorrow I will eat a kilo of cheese again, but for now I am light and free! We had crab & shrimp rolls (fried so crispy but not oily at all, with tasty sauce that was tangy, light, and perfect without being goopy/thick, with accompanying lettuce and mint leaves, ordered a 2nd round it was so good), papaya salad (crisp fresh vegetables, fresh shrimp, great light dressing, no overwhelming garlic), lemongrass chicken (good quality white meat chicken, nice variety of colorful vegetables in various shapes that aren't just boring chunks, and just the right amount of spiciness), and white rice to balance it out. Summary is this was fresh, light, high quality ingredients, friendly service, and a welcome break from the otherwise heavy cuisine common in the city. I will be back!

After some searching, I found this place that seemed promising. I ordered the pho, but it was a major letdown. I didn't have high expectations, but it still managed to disappoint. The veggie portion was minimal, the overall portion was small, and the pho had just a hint of its usual aroma. I've had everything from authentic pho to halfway decent versions, but this was bare-bones pho. On the plus side, they didn't dilute the broth, so it wasn't completely watered down. I'd give it 3 stars, but I won't be coming back.
