He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. I loved it! The appetizer and veggies were very fresh. Overall one of the best phos I've ever had! So glad we ended up at this place for lunch. It was seriously meant to be :)
