On 7/3/17 Cody or Colby Long license #28009 Came to my home to service my a/c, the system is a Lennox installed when the house was built in 2013. We wanted to know about the system so we began asking questions such as are there filters in the attic that need to be replaced do the coils need cleaning etc. he told us no that we needed Freon, he was rude and slamming things around but did seem like he put Freon in at one point my husband caught him our bedroom and asked him what are you doing? He became more and more hostile, he put the bill on the table and I proceeded to ask him a couple more questions at which time he said our system was a piece of crap and needed to be replaced, I asked him if he had looked at the coils an do we have filters in the attic again, he grabbed the bill and started yelling and shouting the f word at us and stormed out our front door, at which time I ran and locked it because I was shocked and scared. Our a/c was still not keeping up, so I mentioned to my neighbors wife whose husband is a retired a/c man, he came over showed us the filters to replace in the attic and also showed us huge holes that had been cut in our duct work in the attic and helped us repair them. I called Long A/C was treated like it was no big deal, a few days later I received a bill for 319.95. I believe this young man is dangerous if my husband had not been home I don't know what he would have done, I also believe although I cannot prove that my ducts were cut on purpose. I think that he did not really put Freon in although it says he did on the bill. I really think that he was trying to get us to think that we needed a new unit. And due to his crazy behavior I believe he might have a drug issue or something. Thank you Cyndi read more
