DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANY SERVICE DONE AT THIS PLACE. They will overcharge at the end of your bill without notification before hand. I went to get an oil change service and asked about the oil and filter, I was told right upfront at the counter by the service attendant that the price was 68.99 for full synthetic Amsoil which was what I wanted. Well, when the service was completed, I receive a bill for $115 because they decided to use another oil and a filter that cost an extra $25. I was never told or notified before hand. They just don't tell you what they are doing until they complete the work, give you the bill and force you to pay for it. The worst business practice and untrustworthy people ever. read more

As far as oil change places go this one is my local choice. They offer Amsoil synthetic at a very good price and the service is quick and professional I encountered a leak and they gladly did a free check to find the source (unrelated to my oil change). I'll continue to use them as my regular place. read more

Earlier the day I took our vehicle here I was at another competitor location waiting in line to get some service and the mechanic was arguing with the customer telling her she needed this and that done, customer declined any extra service and he kept telling her no and that she needed it done. The lady kept telling him she only had enough for whatever service she was seeking. That alone made me leave that place in search of another company to service our vehicle. Based off of previous reviews I chose to bring our vehicle here to this location for an oil change and state inspection. I am happy that I did. Awesome service all around, mechanic here, sorry I don't know your name, recommended a extra service that needed done and I did agree for the service because I know that I needed it done since it's been years. Mechanic came in afterwards and explained the services done and when certain services needed service based off of miles. All the years I been going to other businesses, this is the first time someone actually explained in detail and it made sense. I wish all other businesses did the same cuz I feel like some businesses just recommend services and it isn't needed at the time so thank you for your great customer service I will definitely be going here from now on and I will definitely recommend y'all to my family and friends. I came here to do my inspection last month. I sat for a cool 10 minutes and was out the door. These guys are so wonderful. Really nice! The manager is SUUUUPER nice. Came in for an oil change today and same thing.... super sweet and in and out service! I pass by them ALL the time and have never stopped by for service. Just came here with my husband for an oil change. Took about 10 minutes. The staff there are informative and friendly! They recommend certain things that need to be done before actually doing it so you're not blindsided by paying so much. Tried this place out, didn't realize there was a problem until I drove out. They had left things on the floor board on the passenger side from opening my glove box, removing it, to check the cabin filter. Left one of their rags on the floor too. They didn't put the glove box back in correctly, leaving a crucial part off, that I had to get my husband to put back on. Didn't feel well enough to drive back, nor did I have the time. Ive been going here for 5 years now and they have never steered me in the wrong with preventative car maintenance. I went in one time with both the wife and I's cars and decided to get my oil changed way before it was due and they told me I could easily get a few more thousand miles out of my current life. They tell me about all of the manufacturer recommended changes (transmission and radiator fluid, filters, etc.) but aren't pushy if I say I'll do it next time. My own experience is a quick oil change (always less than 15 minutes) and state inspections are professional. Best customer service experience I have ever had! I came to lone star lube for a long overdue oil change and they immediately started working on my car as soon as I pulled in. They checked a bunch of other things with my car and suggested a few things but didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything else. They even cleaned my head lights which were looking pretty awful and didn't charge me anything. Dirk (Derek?) was awesome and so friendly. I realized a while after leaving that I left my sun glasses there and when I went back (about an hour later) I was greeted by him holding my glasses. Came in for an oil change for my 2015 Honda Accord and it took about 10 minutes. Very quick, courteous, and friendly staff. Synthetic oil change cost $68.99. The staff also inspected the rest of the car and told me I needed to change my cabin and engine air filters which were issues Honda also made me aware of which validates the fact they don't just try to squeeze money out of you. I would have given them five stars but they were no longer offering a free car wash voucher with an oil change like it said online. There is no longer any voucher because the car wash they were affiliated with was under new management. My receipt also came with 10% off my next purchase at the shop. All in all, I'm happy with the service and will be coming by again. read more

These guys are so great. I just bought a new jeep and was never told on when to change my oil. I was close to 7,000 miles and felt like it would probably be time to change. Well I don't remember the gentleman name but he tried to see if my car had a gage to tell (which I couldn't find either) me if it was low. Well he checked up oil and put a little more in for me.
