I wanted to share my disappointment with the service I received from Lone Star Valet at The Star in Frisco on December 14, 2024. Everything was great until they brought my truck back to me, and that's where things went downhill fast. When I went to the valet stand, I handed the gentleman a $10 bill as a tip. He retrieved my keys from the stand and sent another guy to get my truck. When the truck was driven up, the valet stopped, got out, and just stood there. No greeting, no effort to engage or assist--it was as if he couldn't care less. I walked around to open the door for my wife, helped her in, and closed the door. When I walked back around to the driver's side, the valet dropped my keys on the ground in front of me. He didn't even apologize or make an effort to pick them up. I had to bend down and grab them myself. It was shocking to experience such poor service. This was by far the worst experience I've had with any valet service. It was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely out of line for a company operating in such a high-profile location. For the premium you expect at a place like The Star, this kind of service is unacceptable. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Lone Star Valet was absolutely unacceptable, and it all centers around one employee--Bert. Bert was not only shockingly rude, but he also blocked access to my vehicle and others while he stood around, refusing to help. When approached, he became aggressive, verbally abusive, and even used inappropriate slurs toward guests. It was beyond unprofessional--it was hostile. This wasn't just one bad day. From what I observed and what other customers shared at the scene, this is a recurring issue. It's clear Lone Star Valet has either zero oversight or simply doesn't care about the behavior of their staff. Either way, it's a massive liability, especially at events where safety, respect, and organization should be the baseline. If you're considering Lone Star Valet for your event or business: don't. There are plenty of other valet companies who take professionalism and customer experience seriously. This one clearly doesn't. read more

My husband and I were at a restaurant for a friend's birthday party and Lone Star Valet parked our Escalade. Upon leaving the party, the valet went to get our car but came back and stated that she couldn't get it into park. We went to our car to find the shifter in pieces and the car undriveable. We filed a claim with LSV asking for them to take responsibility for their employee's actions. They refused to do so, stating that the employee said she didn't break the shifter and that if she did it was our fault because it was our car and things break on cars. Here's the thing, the car wouldn't move with the damage she caused, so it had to have been caused by her or she would not have been able to park it in the first place. Regarding LSV's assertion that things break on cars so it wasn't their fault, that's ridiculous! Things don't just break. People break them and the LSV employee was the one who broke the shifter in my car. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND NOT PAY FOR IT!!! read more

Stacey at the uptown canopy is the most genuine valet --Best ever service professional I have ever interacted with. We have become friends and we look forward to seeing him and watching him work his magic at his job. So fun to watch a man so good at what he does. He has so many friends that return to see him. If I could rate this 0 stars I would!!! This valet service has Poor customer service! The Addison Square location closed the Valet service early taking my keys and keeping them overnight. I wasn't able to access my car or my residence until the next evening. The restaurant staff initially was supportive and eventually lied on the incident report to support the valet staff. After speaking to the Risk manager Nick, I understand why this place is so unprofessional. Not one apology for the Huge inconvenience! Sad read more

My wife and I arrived for dinner at Jose Saturday evening June 21st around 6:30 and left around 8:30. We went straight home and never left the house Sunday. On Monday afternoon I noticed a huge scrape on my rear driver side quarter panel. It's pretty obvious that it was scraped against a cement pole or something similar. At Jose most of the valets are parked behind a wooden fence. I had washed my car on Saturday afternoon and this damage was not there. It's not a small scratch. It's easily noticeable. I wasn't going to contact them because I knew they wouldn't take responsibility because of the time that had passed. However my wife convinced me to call Jose so that they would be aware of what happened. I called an spoke to a manager and she gave me the number to one of Lone Star's managers by the name of Carlos. I called him and left a message and texted him. He called me back the next day and said he would open a claim with his risk manager. He said if there is video from cameras that show us arriving without the damage and leaving with the damage then they would obviously be at fault. When you pull up to the valet at Jose the drivers side is facing the building so it would make sense. He said his claim person would contact me via email. The claim guy Nick sent me a generic email that they would do an investigation and get back to me. LOL. What investigation? He sent me another email two days later that said after the investigation there was not enough proof for them to take responsibility and added the verbiage from the disclaimer on the valet ticket. What investigation was done. Any video?? I emailed him back and asked about video and he has not responded. I knew this was a waste of time. I will be walking around my car form now on whenever I valet. If anyone uses Lone Star Valet I would recommend doing the same. They will not take responsibility unless you find damage at the scene. read more

What Lone Star Valet seems to enjoy doing in their free time, is taking loyal patrons valuable cars - damage them, then after a claim is immediately filed along with photographic proof, deny any and all responsiblility and call pulling a window control panel COMPLETELY out of its place by their very own EMPLOYEE, a "mechanical or electrical issue." This guy goes out of his way to maneuver cars and always hustles and is a super great guy to work with always remembers us by name and always opens the door for my better half. these guys are top-notch and if you ever come to Legacy West you should definitely take the opportunity to park with them. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS VALET SERVICE I valeted my car with Lone Star on Sept 24, 2023 at Rh Rooftop and had a horrible experience. After dinner we went straight home. Upon entering our garage is when I noticed a long scratch on my brand new 2023 Kia Sportage door handle (passenger side). The damage wasnt visible at the restaurant because it was raining cats and dogs! The next day, I notified the restaurant. I was informed to reach out to Lone Star. I contacted them immediately! I was advised to contact Arnold (manager of valet). He requested that I send pictures, confirmation email of valet time stamp, my contact info (name, address, email). I did just that. I was told that they would review cameras and if they're at fault, a claim would be filed with their insurance. After a week of "investigation" they found no error. He informed me that they reviewed cameras from the restaurant and found no error. My husband and I visited Rh rooftop to view the cameras and was rejected. Apparently wrecking cars and denying responsibility is a company policy. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. They are a heartless organization and should not be trusted with your valuables. Thankfully I wasn't driving a Ferrari or Lamborghini! I couldn't imagine how much more expensive the damage would be that I would have been stuck paying for myself. Overall, my conclusion is to never valet your car with Lone Star. If you do, ensure that you inspect your car before you get there, when your car is returned to you and before you leave. Feel free to read all other reviews, that are also terrible!
