I've been here for a few events and I love it! The food has been absolutely amazing every time, and I really love the TRUE Fort Worth feel this venue offers. We were married at River Ranch Stockyards on January 24, 2026--right in the middle of an ice storm--and it was still an incredible experience. Our venue coordinator, Leslie, was outstanding from start to finish. She was responsive, organized, and anticipated our needs long before the wedding week. When the ice storm became a real concern, Leslie and the River Ranch team were clearly prepared and put us completely at ease. Then, just an hour and a half before the ceremony, our outside wedding coordinator unexpectedly bailed. Leslie immediately stepped in without hesitation and kept everything running smoothly. Despite the weather reducing our guest count, the staff was phenomenal. The servers and bar staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, and they truly turned what could have been a disaster into the wedding we wanted. The food was excellent--especially the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and appetizers. The staff even made sure we ate and sent us home with care packages afterward. We can't recommend River Ranch Stockyards highly enough and would absolutely use them again for future events. read more

An international organization with which we are affiliated held an event here on Sept 2. The buffet was very "Texan" as might be expected. However, among the 100 to 200 or so attendees were a few vegans. The chef not only accommodated us - and was excited to do so - but created a "tower" masterpiece that included rice, squash, mushrooms and avocado, and was laced throughout with salted pistachios that gave it a wonderful texture. The "tower" was served with roasted asparagus and, as if that were not enough, he also prepared a dessert of berries nestled in a non-dairy vanilla bean cream. We were blown away (frankly, we were touched!), and would not hesitate to recommend this venue! Thank you, River Ranch! read more

What a wonderful and amazing space, both indoors and out doors! A stage outside and inside. The venue is right out of a western movie. The sound system is incredible for live music. We throw events all over the country and I must say their staffs attention to detail is above and beyond. A special thanks to Gia Staley and Tracy Buzzard. A energy company had their annual safety meeting at this location. It was spacious allowing for social distancing with good audio and visual aids. Great place for large meeting of this sort. 150 people attended, wasily could accomodate 225 with social distancing. Parking was fine. read more

This is a nice venue that was a great size for our event. Everything went very smoothly and they even have an outdoor area. They brought in 2 long horns that we could take pictures with. They had a stage and a bar and the staff was very nice and kind. The salads were amazing. The only issue was the rest of the food wasn't that great. The brisket and chicken were dry. I've been here for a gathering with a group that I've run with in the past and the space holds a large amount of folks. It would be great for a country or western style wedding also! Or even for a corporate event. Located in the Stockyards so there are a few things to do and explore in the area. Beautiful space and it's very true to Fort Worth. I worked with Tifani at River Ranch Stockyards to host our annual Founders' Day Brunch for my sorority for the 5th time at River Ranch. She was so accommodating in working out all the details with me and had everything set-up perfect for the brunch! The staff was also SO friendly, I'd even say they were exceptional in taking care of us. Everyone really enjoyed the food - the best part was that it was very reasonably priced for a brunch of about 200. The venue was beautifully set up and was perfect for picture taking outdoors! Book....book now! I've worked with a lot of venues and this one is top on my list now. So many venues are 'a blank slate' which means they want you to be responsible for adding all the nice extras. River Ranch has so many perks included that it would be hard to list them all. The staff was amazing from the first contact until the end. We had my husband's retirement party here last weekend. We and our guests were beyond impressed! The place was beautifully decorated and the food was amazing. We heard from several guests that they also wanted to check in to having a special event there after our party. Tiffany and the gang made my celebration of life for my mom and dad so awesome I can not thank them enough. I told them what I wanted and like magic it was taken care of. They did their jobs and were virtually invisible as they did this. I told Tiffany that I did not want the music playing when someone got up to share at the mic and as soon as someone approached the mic I would see her doing something on her phone and the music would stop and then start when that person had finished. The catering food was outstanding. I have to warn you, if you order the appetizer bacon wrapped jalapeño stuffed quail, order much more than you think. It is so good, people were making a meal out of it. The Caprese was eaten fast as well. I highly recommend the vegetarian stuffed mushrooms as well as the side dish of dill new potato salad.. The venue is perfect if there is even a little bit of country in your heart. Thank you guys so much. read more

Mitchell and I had our wedding here on June 4th. This place is perfect for a wedding. The staff is wonderful. Josh helped us organize everything and made it so easy. We booked a photographer from Premier Event Services, and they didn't show up. Diana, our event coordinator, was such a sweetheart. She called her friend Lola to be our photographer and she also took pictures while coordinating everything. My wedding went off on time, and everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or better people. We are in the military and are stationed overseas. They made it so easy to plan for everything. We chose River Ranch for our daughter's reception. From the moment of booking the venue the staff was remarkable. Always available for questions, had great ideas and have a closet full of decorations that were money saving. EXCELLENT COMPANY PARTY LOCATION! I am the Special Events & Retail Marketing Director for LKCM Radio Group in Fort Worth (KTFW 92.1 Hank FM & 95.9 The Ranch). We held our Christmas Party at River Ranch Stockyards in December of 2015 and I would highly recommend it for anybody looking for a corporate event, reception, wedding event in Fort Worth! Our entire staff had a wonderful time! It's a fun place with a selection of themed rooms from Rustic elegance to an Old Western feel. The menu had a wonderful selection and the food was delicious! The staff at River Ranch Stockyards was wonderful from the time we booked the event through the end, including the onsite support staff, who catered to our every need, with a smile on their face!
