It makes me wonder how many other bad reviews there were that are not seen because of this. Anyway here's my 1000000% honest review again I paid $7036 May16th for parts that Sean had agreed to put in a truck I was going to purchase that I was told the engine had to be pulled out because it was bad ( I question that but the reason for my doubts will be more understood after I explain the whole story ) . After the seller of the truck and Sean told me they had to pull the motor because it was bad I discussed putting in new engine with Sean . I told Sean the price I could/would do and explained that if he couldn't do it for that price I understood but I would have to walk away and find something different . He said he could do it for that price so I continued with the sale of the truck and I just asked Sean to please keep me updated because I live almost an hour away ,he said he would . Well after I paid Sean started with the lies he told me it was getting close to being done on June 9th . Then he said he was behind because he forgot about the holidays . Then he told me an estimate of when it should be done then he completely ignored me . I only found out he had been on vacation after he called me on July 7th screaming and cussing on the phone saying he was tired of the **** and tired of seeing it and to come get the **** etc etc etc he yelled for 7min he told me to shut up he was talking when I tried to respond then hung up on me. I can honestly say I was shocked because Sean is very good at pretending to be a nice person, but so was Ted Bundy . After that surprising call I called the insurance company for the truck and they recommended I have it towed out of there . So I called the tow truck to pick it up because I didn't know what else to do other than telling them to be safe because the Sean was acting unstable and erratic . The tow truck driver sent a face time video when they got to the shop to verify it was the correct truck . The video confirmed that the truck was in the exact same spot it had been in May , it had not even moved in two months . I had paid for an engine and transmission that he said he would install but for him to even begin installing those he would have had to remove the existing transmission . When the tow drivers got the truck to me the original transmission was still it the truck . Absolutely nothing had been done to it since the day I saw it and we agreed to the price I could/ would pay for the engine transmission etc. That's over two months that it had not even moved , at one point in the beginning Sean had even lied and said it was getting close to being done . But after his shocking call telling me to come get it because he was tired of seeing it , didn't want to deal with it anymore even though he had not done any work etc , I assumed that I would be refunded the money I paid for parts that I never even saw . But I was wrong Sean lied to the credit card company so not only is he a manipulator and bad mechanic he is a sneaky thief too . I just wanted to get my money back because after the way he acted I wouldn't feel safe going there and definitely would not want another woman or anyone else to have to deal with what he has done to me . Sean the thief lied to my credit card but luckily I was able to show proof . But I mean honestly who has so much money they would just walk away from $7,000 because that's what Sean told the credit card company. I see now why Sean had tried to get me to pay cash instead of using a credit card because if I had done that I wouldn't have had any protection at all. At this point I am still trying to get the original parts he took off the truck that he had originally agreed to give back , I hope I don't have to bother the police department again to get the parts back but they have been very helpful. The Lewisville police department officer I spoke with confirmed that Sean had broken the law . When I was trying to figure out what to do I found a review from someone else who was in a situation much like my own and learned this isn't the first time Sean has done this . So it seems like a lot of his money has been made from ignoring people after they pay and if he does do the "work" the quality is awful.

I was referred to Sean and his shop and told me he would take care of me! Today I received my vehicle back with a new engine, repairs to the initial problem that caused the engine failure alone with a new issue that just recently happened and folks I'm still standing! It has been the best experience, cost, professionalism, honesty and service. You literally can't ask for anything more than the experience here with Sean. Ladies if you need a trusted mechanic that will service you honestly and I'm the best time I've ever seen.... This is where you need to go. If you drive a rare care with specialities I saw a lot of nice vehicles getting serviced soooo.... I'm Just saying!!!! Yawl take your trusted vehicles to someone you can trust. I'm definitely putting my seal of approval in this shop and will be returning if need be.

A messy place for simple things. Went for an oil change because I found some coupons online. The…read moregreeter wasn't sure which oil my car needs and asked someone else and they said only the 2 expensive ones can do. During the oil change, they asked if I wanted to pay them $10 to clean corrosion off my battery, after I declined, they said my battery was bad and need $200+ for replacement. They showed me a battery test receipt with 77% battery health and said they will put that I declined on their record. I have prorated battery warranty at another place, so I'll go check the battery out there. They also didn't replace my oil filter because they said it looked new but asked me to change my cabin air filter for $60. Their sticker on my windshield is also showing plate numbers of another car, so not sure my address and phone number etc that they took went to the right record. My warning light also came on the same afternoon, so I'll have to go figure out what that is about, probably at another place too. The upside is that it was quick for the oil change, took about 15 minutes.

I've brought my other vehicle's here before; this time it was my other 04 Dakota. They did great…read morework, great communication, there were a couple of hiccups but nothing we couldn't figure out. I've said it before about this place it is one of the few shops that actually make me feel good after spending $1k+ lol. While talking to them I had them give me a quote for doing a heater/evap core on the same vehicle anybody who knows how labor intensive that is knows it is no small job. They quoted me a little over $2k and I know they will do a great job on that as well whenever I bring it back in and they will get another great review.
