We had a wonderful lunch here. We did the pick two menu. I got eggplant Parmesan and a wonderful farm salad. My friend got a Panini and a Caesar salad salad. Panini was nice and crunchy, salad was cold and crisp as it should be. I really enjoyed my farm salad with cranberries and walnuts in a raspberry vinaigrette. Just delicious! Eggplant was also really good. I'm very fussy about eggplant and I really liked it. The servers are really nice and very efficient. Atmosphere is really nice, pretty and clean. Consistent. Lunch for 1 on a Saturday afternoon. I was seated right away. I wasn't greeted by my server right away. I see it that they may want to wait to give the customer a moment to look over the menu, but there isn't anything wrong with at least greeting the customer. You are given bread to start which is definitively moreish. You want to keep eating. I ordered the scarpariello calamari and the seafood risotto and a Seltzer water. Food came pretty quick. Liked the calamari, crunchy, lemony, the sausage was tasty. Only thing missing was a little bit of heat. Pretty big portion. Took it home. Reheats pretty good in air fryer. The seafood risotto was good but needed hot sauce and lemon juice. Lots of mussels, shrimp and clams. Can be a shareable dish but very large portion. Overall good. Won't be disappointed. read more

We were there on Wednesday May 13th for their opening day. The food is also fantastic..The meals are plentiful and fresh..Both Restaurants are immaculate. The waiters and waitresses are polite, friendly and very helpful and attentive.Their pizza is excellent. My brother had their Sicilian pizza and he said he will never go anywhere else for pizza again..I agree..It will be worth your while to go try it out..I know we'll be back again and again. read more

Went out with my friend here last night to celebrate my birthday. It was my first time here. We were seated right away without having a reservation. I was having a craving for shrimp scampi as my entree. However, shrimp scampi is only listed as an appetizer on their menu. I should have taken that as a sign and ordered something else, but I didn't. I asked the waiter if I could get shrimp scampi as an entree under a bed of pasta and he said yes. You know when you're envisioning a dish in your head and then it doesn't match what's put in front of you? Well that's what happened. I immediately look down at my dish and think the kitchen messed up. The sauce does not look yellow like it should. Honestly, it looked more of a pink/orange sauce. Now there is a dish on the menu that's described as shrimp in a plum tomato sauce... I don't think I got that but this sauce was definitely not scampi... no taste of butter & garlic. While the shrimp was abundant, it lacked flavor. And for the prices they're charging, it's absolutely unacceptable! My friend ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce with grilled chicken on top. They did forget to put the grilled chicken on top and the waiter admitted it was his mistake for not writing that down on the ticket. They ended up adding the grilled chicken. In my opinion, there are other fabulous Italian restaurants that I'd pick instead. read more

Lunch over a recent weekend here before seeing a movie across the road. The regular "lunch menu" is only available during the week so planning to have a light lunch, I was thinking of soup and salad. My companions were going for the sandwiches instead. I'm happy with my choices. The Pasta E Fagioli soup and the Caesar salad were perfect choices! The soup was delicious. Thick with beans and a flavorful thick broth. Served piping hot. The Caesar salad appeared to have been freshly prepared and plated. I ordered the "small" portion of both from the regular menu - and a generous "small" portion it was. Perfect for me. Very courteous and efficient service, and the restaurant looked great. It was early, but bustling with several groups of diners. I learned there's also a "Happy Hour" available. Will definitely return and will look to try that too. read more

My friend and I came here last Thursday, which was ladies night!!! The drinks were basically happy hour prices, so a win is a win! lol I'm obsessed with the ginger margaritas, they're my FAVORITE drink here. It's just so refreshing, we normally get the pitcher but eh, definitely next time. I normally get my penne alla vodka, like for a few years now actually lol but I tried the Baked Ziti with eggplant and it was good!! I decided to give it another try for takeout. I ordered the lunch special again and the woman on the phone advised me it was $16 pasta. I ordered penne vodka with grilled chicken. I go to pay and she says it's $26 because I ordered chicken. The penne with chicken was okay which is why it's getting 2 stars. Needless to say I won't be returning and I don't recommend. read more

I decided to take myself to Lombardo's for my birthday. One thing I definitely like about this restaurant is that it has parking. Parking is becoming a rarity these days lol. I arrived around 5pm and was seated right away although the bar was already full. By 6pm there was a line for seating so plan accordingly if you're going there. They have a pretty extensive menu items to choose from. The bring you bread and water immediately which i liked. I started with the baked clams - you get six of them as an appetizer. They were a pretty good size and didn't have too much breading. For my entrée I had the veal parmesan with spaghetti which is one of my favorite dishes. You get two large pieces of veal covered in sauce and cheese and it was delicious. My only negative was I guess because they got busy, my waiter didn't check on me or ask me if I wanted dessert before bringing my check - would have been nice to have something sweet in celebration of my day but overall it was an enjoyable meal. read more

Might be a controversial opinion, but Lombardo's has the best pizza in town. My go-to is the Margheritta Pizza with pepperoni added in and extra basil. I'm not a crust girl but I eat their crust every time. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio. I typically order their pizza for delivery but when I'm in the mood to dine in, I go to their Dobbs Ferry location. The restaurant has a pizzeria/to-go area at the back and a sit-down restaurant with a bar in the front. They also have a spacious patio that's open during the warmer months. Great atmosphere and really nice staff and good vibes. The only negative feedback I have is that the food is pretty pricey. Pasta dishes usually range from 18-30 bucks (at least on Uber Eats). I shouldn't have to pay nearly 30 bucks for Penne alla Vodka or Pasta Marinara when that costs like less than five bucks to make at home. To feed my family of 6, it would cost over 250 bucks which is a bit ridiculous. read more

I have been going to Lombardo's a few times a month since they opened and I have to say the food has always been fabulous. Never a disappointment. Except on February 22, 2025. First off they seated us near the kitchen and there was an open door as a bridal party was just leaving. They spent forever closing the door - not caring that paying customers sitting right there. I actually ate with my jacket on. Then onto the food that is normally spectacular. It was a nightmare that I actually asked if they got a new chef. My husband had the seafood risotto which he said was horrible. The risotto was actually crunchy not smooth; the chicken scarpariello was another disaster the potatoes and peppers were piping hot and the chicken was cold. We might try again, as this is not a normal experience for us there. but this was such a disappointment as we were celebrating a birthday. read more

I'm always up for a good slice. And when it comes to pizza, I don't ask for much. As long as the tomato sauce is basic minus seasonings- I'm in. I had placed my order right up front and asked one of the guys if he can make a slice without cheese. He was zigzagging a bit in the beginning and said, "I could take the cheese off". I chose this location based on its' proximity to my hotel, and it was a very good choice. There's plenty of outside seating, and the tables were socially distanced from one another. Inside, much the same. Tables and booths are properly distanced, and there is bar seating (although again the stools are not too close together). All staff were masked, and all surfaces appeared to be clean. Signage reminders are placed throughout the restaurant, reminding patrons of the health directives. I felt safe visiting here. I ordered the chicken fingers appetizer, as I was not that hungry, paired with a nicely chilled Stella Artois. The chicken fingers were very good, nicely breaded but not overly so, and served with a side of ketchup and another side of honey mustard for dipping. Of course, the Stella was awesome as usual, poured from a bottle Into the iconic Stella gold-rimmed glass. There was a decent amount of customers, both outside and in, so obviously they must be doing something right. The menu is eclectic, not your usual Italian fare: pasta, specialty pizzas, etcetera. There is a full bar as well, if you're in the mood for a cocktail. Staff were friendly and attentive. If I could give Lombardo's 6 stars I would! Ate here 3 times so far and will definitely be coming back. We ordered the buffalo wings, truffle fries, chicken parm sub and a meatball sub. The food was delicious to say the least- the buffalo wings were not over sauced and had the perfect amount of heat, the truffle fries were amazing and not soggy at all. The portions of the sandwiches were HUGE, you can definitely order one and split it with another person and be full for lunch or dinner. The meatball parm was great, my only complaint was that it could've used a little more salt but that's my personal preference. The chicken cutlet parm was also amazing. The second time we ordered takeout from here we got 3 pies which again, were amazing. The third time we ate here we decided to eat outdoors with a few friends since they were now allowing outdoor dinning. Once again I will say the portions are worth the price. The picture I included is what I had for dinner- and you are given the choice of penne or spaghetti pasta as a side, or a garden salad. The chicken could have used more seasoning but I think it was because the bland mushroom flavor almost washed out the flavor of the sauce. I looked over the entire menu and I honestly think every item here will be phenomenal. My friends had a reservation here for a party of 20. It was for a surprise birthday so time was of the essence. The made us wait 20 minutes past our reservation time before getting us seated. Because of that we had to skip on most of the birthday decorations. Fine, people were still eating and the restaurant can't do much about that. Whatever. With that in mind, the service after was not great. They gave us one pitcher of water for the entire table throughout the entire night. The food was also very underwhelming and overpriced. Then at the end of the night, although only 15 of us had showed up, they overcharged us because we got the reservation number off, even though there was literally no more space for anyone else to be seated at the table! Aug 2022, came to the Dobbs Ferry location with my family because I thought it was easier to park the car instead of going to the White Plains location where parking is crazy. The food and service was ok, no complaints. When the $133 bill arrived, I handed the Server the $75 Lombardos, GIFT CARD and my credit card, only to have the Server tell me the Gift Card could only be used at their White Plains Location where it was purchased, NOT the Dobbs Ferry location. How Crazy is that, it is the same restaurant. When you go to their website it say CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION, White Plains OR Dobbs Ferry. It is the same restaurant and the Gift Card should have been allowed to be used at either location. So, Lesson Learned, I am NEVER buying a gift card from this restaurant for anyone, and I am also telling my family and friends to think twice before buying a Gift Card from them. read more
