    pizza wings

Pretty dang good and even better service and ambiance. we got pizza, italian wings, and penne vodka (not shown) and pesto pasta. the penne was the best it was so good! the pizza was pretty solid too i got pizzette which was $15 and perfect size to share with 2 people. i would totally come back here and the service is excellent the wings were good wish it was real buffalo and bleu cheese i would get something else next time. 10/10 A+

My night is ruined. Not only does the garlic bread only have garlic on one side, but they didn't give utensils or napkins with my order. The marinara container which is inside the garlic bread container was opened on delivery due to it's flimsy top. The garlic bread itself, comes off as glorified buttered toast. $9 for roughly 5 chunks of room temp buttered toast. Absolute travesty.

I kept seeing cars at this location when I would travel into town on Sundays. I sat at the bar and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered rhe fusilli and a grandma slice for fun, both were delicious!

Lombardo's (specifically White Plains) is one of my favorite places in all of Westchester. I usually get take out because parking is impossible and it's always so crowded. Luckily they have valet service and designated spots for people who are picking up but it's still on a major road and so popular that it can be a hassle but the food is so worth it. My go-to order is a slice of Grandma pizza and of course their delicious fried burrata. That fried burrata is one of my favorite comfort foods and I haven't found it anywhere else. This last time I went, I was craving mozzarella sticks specifically so I decided to try theirs and also try a margherita pizzette for myself. It was perfect, the dough is thin but not too thin, and crispy but not too hard to eat and the sauce is so flavorful and acidic balanced out by the fresh mozzarella. I really love a good margherita slice and that's what this was. Everything hits the right notes for me. Also worth noting that I would go way more often if it was less expensive. There are so many Italian places in Westchester that are cheaper but not many of them have food as delicious as Lombardo's.

Decided to try this location out after being a regular at their Dobbs Ferry branch. Ordered delivery via UberEats, and the food was still piping hot by the time it got to us. Really pleased that the recipes are consistent between locations. The Pesto Rosso is delicious and is a staple for us. The Cartoccio usually is served in a foil packet but I guess for delivery purposes it came without. Still pretty tasty. The one thing they offer at this branch and not the Dobbs Ferry one is side pasta for $9.50 (appetizer portions) and you get to pick between vodka, marinara, pomodoro, Alfredo, and butter garlic for the sauce. They also offer pinwheels which I was so excited to try out. I definitely will be ordering from the White Plains location more often.

This place met my expectations. I wouldn't rave, but for an Italian restaurant off the side of the road, it's pretty solid. Salad and pasta were good, but I was a little disappointed by the pizza which was greasy and unseasoned- definitely not NYC style pizza. Also, my extra salad slice was considerably stale. However, I really appreciate the bread basket. These days, a bread basket is hard to come by, and using leftover pizza dough (which I think they used) is actually a great idea that ought to catch on. Also, the valet parking felt counter effective as it kept more cards idle and people waiting in the lot for longer (also a pretentious practice). But ya know, it's hard to mess up Italian food so 4 stars it is

Good pizza but an hour and 40 minutes for delivery (1 pie and 1 salad) is disappointing.

We had a fantastic meal and an all-around great experience. For appetizers, we shared the octopus, a Margherita pizza, and fresh tomatoes with mozzarella drizzled with balsamic. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Pork Chop Milanese and absolutely loved it -- the breading was perfectly crisp and seasoned just right. I also had a chance to try my wife's lobster ravioli, which was rich and delicious. The ambiance was comfortable and inviting, perfect for a special night out without feeling over-the-top. For dessert, we had cannolis with a light filling I hadn't tasted before -- not overly sweet, just smooth and really good. Our young Italian waiter was on top of his game all night. He was attentive, professional, and even humored most of my dad jokes. Highly recommend this spot. Go, eat fresh, drink moderately, and tip well.

Wow! what an amazing restaurant!…read more Let me start by saying there is complementary valet parking right next door at the hotel garage. Be sure to validate your parking ticket with the waiter before leaving your table. I ate at this restaurant for a work luncheon, and they did not disappoint!! We had delicious apps - sadly I didn't get any photos.. baked clams, meatballs, fried calamari. There was a good amount of clams on the plate, there were 3 meatballs, and a I would say a small portion of calamari. May need multiple orders of the apps if you are dining with a group of people. Ambiance was lovely, lots of space, and very accommodating for a large group of people. Our waiter was attentive, and got all of our meals correct. We did the lunch price fixe - $27 for a two course meal (appetizer and entree, and tea/coffee)Great size portions!!! The eggplant parm was amazing. One of the best I ever had. I got the caprese sandwich, and the mozzarella was truly so fresh you can taste it. To end the delicious meal, I got the Italian cheesecake. That was truly delicious! I was raving about it the whole rest of the afternoon. I'll definitely be back!

The interior was beautifully decorated for the holidays, with their Bronx Tale memorabilia and signage on display. There is ample seating and a large bar where you can enjoy a drink and something to eat, or grab a drink before you sit to dine. I ordered the "Paper Plane", one of their signature cocktails. It was even served with a cute paper airplane affixed with a tiny clothesline clip! To start, we ordered the arancini (risotto balls) and the eggplant parmigiana. Three medium-sized rice balls, filled with cheesy risotto and coated in a delicious crispy coating, were served atop their delicious marinara sauce. The eggplant came as a stack, and it was HUGE! Both were fresh and served hot, plated beautifully, and were definitely options I'd recommend. For our entrees, we ordered the shrimp scampi and the veal saltimboca. Four gigantic shrimp served over risotto, and three thinly pounded veal cutlets served with sauteed spinach. Our dessert, presented to us by the manager, was a sampling of their Italian cheesecake and tiramisu. From what I could see, there was only one bathroom, but it was unisex and very clean. If you arrive during a busy time, be prepared to wait a few minutes to drop off your car and then later get it back. The entrance to the parking garage is not too large, so there can be a backup of vehicles if there aren't enough valets on at the time. The parking is part of the hotel next door; your server will validate the parking ticket, so it is free. I highly recommend sampling different items on the menu with your party; everything I've eaten there or in their NYC location has always been A++++. Staff are accommodating and extremely attentive; our water glasses were always full, and management circulates throughout your experience. He noticed my partner needed a refill and brought it back to him once it was made. Even if you are not from the immediate area, this restaurant is worth a bit of a drive to have a 5-star experience.

The stuffed feta dates were the good balance of sweet and savory, and the eggplant dip was incredibly smooth and rich without feeling heavy. A little extra seasoning could go a long way with the dip! For mains, the salmon was beautifully cooked and well-seasoned, and the lamb shank was a standout--tender, deeply flavorful, and comforting in the best way. The falafel had a great crisp on the outside while staying soft inside. You can really tell they put care into each dish. What made the night extra special was the birthday surprise: the sweetest baklava presentation that felt so warm and personal. It was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, Shiraz Kitchen strikes a great balance between elevated and welcoming. It's the kind of place that feels just as right for a celebration as it does for a relaxed dinner.
