A truly exquisite array of flavors, from the traditional French vanilla to the more daring Mon Cheri, each offers an ethereal crisp bite followed by a soft, delicate interior. Truly, these little jewels could charm even the most discerning of palates. The éclairs are nothing to dismiss either--puffy, golden, and crowned with the most luxurious glaze, they are filled with a rich, velvety cream that promises to undo all notions of restraint. One could almost forgive the baker for such decadence, for the éclairs are simply beyond compare. And yet, this bakery does not rest upon the laurels of merely two offerings. No!
