They are helpful, friendly, and well stocked. They have a nice supply of gift wrapping supplies and greeting cards, and I was nicely surprised to see that they have several isles of food packaging items in paper, foil, and plastic. While you may be able to find some of the items cheaper on line, it feels good to support local businesses, and it's helpful to see the items in person to get a truer sense of the quality, colors, size, etc. Cheers

We stopped in and they were all so wonderful. We bought way more than I originally intended and Chelsea's suggestion made our patriotic dad balloon a flying success! Plus Chelsea even helped Liam blow up his spiderman bop it. Liam loved it so much he gave her the biggest hug ever. We had a blast and my hubster loved his balloons. They also helped us last week with Liam's graduation balloons. I ordered online and the stock wasn't updated properly. They texted me other options. I never heard of a store doing that. They totally saved the day and again I added another dinosaur bouquet to our preschool kindergarten one! Thanks Party City! We will be lifelong customers!

I called to make sure they had the balloon and told the young lady I would be there in the evening to pick up. Party Place is nestled in the corner of Burtonsville shopping center. Getting into this shopping area can be complex but I was able to find a spot this Saturday evening. The store is small but has a vast variety of balloons, party decor, utensils, holiday decorations & more. A young lady name Ena assisted me and she was super sweet & pleasant. I walked through the store while she blowed up my balloon and I ended up adding a few more balloons along with some decor for the table & cake. The Party Place will now be my go-to spot for balloons & more. They are affordable, the store front is clean, there's no long wait and service by Ena was great. I went in for 1 item, came out with 6 lol.

To my surprise, the place looked like it was closing down when I walked in. There was barely any inventory. I came in to buy balloons but had almost no options to choose from. I had to order individual balloons from behind the counter, which ended up costing me about $25. (For balloons, this is expensive.) Overall, I wouldn't return here and would suggest looking elsewhere until they restock their inventory.

Showed up this morning at the store and the tables (which were in good condition) were ready. The person waiting on me (I think the owner) helped bring them and put them in my car.
