The front desk woman is scrambling papers flying everywhere- she forgot a customers name and told the other employee to walk out and try to find her . Another man was waiting on balloons because they were sold out of the ones he already purchased online. Eventually it's my turn. I tell them my name and what I ordered (an arrangement and a balloon). He brings out my vase with my order and tells me I need to pick another balloon because the one I bought online they sold. They sold a balloon that was already purchased and paid for online. I tell them I just want a refund for it. As I'm waiting they're scrambling to help people left and right -there's no actual organization. Another woman brings her order back in because they shorted her two cakes and it was supposed to say happy Mother's Day. They told her they couldn't fit the cakes on the tray even tho the picture that she ordered off of showed the correct amount. And then proceeded to say "we ran out of the Mother's Day chocolate take it how it is or get a refund". What ever happened to customer service ?! Seriously take ur money and go somewhere else ! Oh and just to add I got another arrangement delivered from a whole other store and they put "to WOW" instead of to mom. SO glad I paid almost 200$ for these ! ‍
