Horrible! I spent 15 minutes on the phone with an agent giving my credit card and mailing information. She put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and then we got disconnected. When I called back, another agent told me that she put me on hold to take information from another customer. They said they would call me back and they never did. I called again. They said they would call me back. Horrible customer service. I canceled the order with my credit card. read more

Called PetalPushers to arrange for flowers to be delivered to my sister in laws for her 50th birthday. I live in Boston and was depending on Yelp for one guidance. We were very pleased as her birthday is February 12 and they were busy with their Valentines orders . They were patient and we ended up having to change the delivery date. This didn't seem to bother them . The flowers were beautiful and not stock flowers but hydrangeas and orchids and the like. Will call again and recommend to anyone in the Wilmington area. read more

I always know that when I use Petal Pushers, the person receiving the flowers will call me either in tears or in shock at how beautiful they are. I was recommended this place and the first time accidentally went with the aforementioned "Petals" and had a TERRIBLE experience that ended up costing me hundreds and getting a civil suit. Yeaaa.. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Kind of hard to find.. it is on the backside of the trolley square shopping center. If you've found Walgreens, go around back! They have an inexpensive cooler of flowers on special, but most everything in the store is still fairly priced. This is a new business doing good work and just getting off the ground. Very disappointed in Petal Pushers. I have heard wonderful reviews and made an appointment over a month ago for a wedding consultation. We showed up to our scheduled appointment only to find that out that Alexis somehow forgot about it. She was not there to meet us. The ladies that were there were nice and helpful, but no apology was made from the owner for the inconvenience. Needless to say, she lost our business. read more

If you're recommended to this establishment for your wedding and you don't know anyone working there...DO NOT USE!!!! After going back and forth with them with what we were looking for in bouquets, they wouldn't even recommend anything, just kept telling me that the pictures I was sending were flake flowers, instead of suggesting something similar in real flowers. Also, even though I explained I lived 2 hours away and their hours post availability for Saturday's, they would not accommodate me. They even went as far as sending me an ignorant email for a missed appointment that they had wrong by a month and didn't even send an apology when I forwarded the email with the date they agreed upon. Horrible customer service and they apparently forget that we are the customers and not them!! Maybe a good place for flower arrangements but I'll never know!! read more

I used Petal Pushers for my wedding flowers. Alexis is fantastic! Her prices were reasonable, her service first class and her product unmatched. She was responsive to emails and met with me several times (including right before my wedding) to pick out and finalize my flower selections. She was extremely accommodating to my last minute changes and early set up request (so my photographer could take pictures of the tables before the ceremony). She was an absolute delight to work with! My biggest fear was that the centerpieces would be underwhelming in our large venue. That was certainly not the case -- the centerpieces were large, full and perfectly round. And the bouquets were equally impressive. I received so many compliments on my flowers. read more
