Sending long distance flowers to my family can feel daunting when there are so many large corporations to choose from. I hoped to find a small, family owned flower shop to deliver flowers to my loved one on their birthday, and Kenny's was the perfect fit. The website was easy to navigate and I called with a question that was quickly answered. Communication was easy and direct, and my loved one absolutely loved their flowers! I would choose them again, and would recommend to anyone in the area. Very little thinking went into it from me, and Kenny's took care of the rest! read more

I found this florist by looking online for a local shop. I was excited to find an online store where I could browse various options and make a decision without the pressure of being in-person or over the phone. I placed my order for Valentine's day, with only one minor confusion. I had to enter a shipping address, even though I was doing local pickup. Not a big deal, just took me a second to figure out. The next day I got a phone call to confirm the pickup date, and select a pickup time. They told me that due to the holiday, they'd have a tent out back for pickups. Easy enough. On the day of, I swung over and had my arrangement in hand in about five minutes. And I thought it came out great! I'm very happy with the flower selection and at the price point I'd definitely use this florist again. read more

Kenny's Flower Shoppe - Hearts-a-Flutter arrangement for Valentine's day. - Florists Near Me - Media, Pennsylvania

I'm speechless!! I live in Northern Virginia and wanted to find a local Florist Shop in Media, PA , where my coworker lives to have flowers delivered to her. I wanted to do something to brighten her day. I did a random goggle search and found Kenny's Flower Shoppe. I'm so glad I did because the moment I called, I was greeted by the most friendliest staff member. She assisted me in placing my order over the phone and indicated that the bouquet of flowers could be delivered the same day. I was super excited. The staff member also shared a photo of the bouquet before delivery and I was thrilled. Upon delivery my coworker was so grateful and surprised and sent this photo to me of the bouquet. Thank you so much Kenny's Flower Team!!! You all are AWESOME! 2 thumbs up. read more

Beautiful arrangement. I don't know why they need 85 characters to post this review but I think beautiful arrangement covers it.

Popped in here for the first time for a quick custom bouquet. Service was speedy and friendly. They gave me various flower options and colors to choose from, all while staying in my requested price range. read more

The flower arrangement was very pretty but not really what I had requested. I asked for a "spring bouquet with yellow, pink and purple flowers" and they delivered a very pastel version of that. I didn't realize I needed to say "vivid colors"...maybe it was my fault for not being more specific but to me a spring bouquet is vibrant and colorful. It was also smaller than I had expected for the price. read more

My husband is romantic and he loves to buy me flowers just as much as I love receiving them! He randomly checked out Kenny's Flower Shoppe after doing a quick Google search in the car one day. He stopped by and was blown away by the bouquet they put together for him! He told the woman what he was looking for and she custom-made two bouquets; one for me and one for my Mom. Both were vibrant, healthy, colorful and beautiful! He said he won't ever go anywhere else for flowers again! Since then, he returned for another bouquet for my birthday! It was a beautiful fall arrangement! The flowers are fresh and last so long! The customer service is excellent and the prices are great considering how beautiful the flowers are! They even had an array of cards to choose from and did some beautiful hand lettering on the envelope for my birthday flowers! We both highly recommend Kenny's flowers! They are the real deal! I'm not sure what their delivery prices are like because my husband always picks them up but trust that the flowers are gorge!!!! read more

The staff was friendly enough but the flowers for my dads funeral were disappointing for the cost. The coffin spray cost $75.00 for mostly carnations. The flowers in the baskets which were $150.00 each were wilting and small looking, only a few roses, colorful enough but up close sad. The white roses on the bleeding heart which cost 300.00 were all at full bloom, again old looking. And the hand painted ribbons? I'm sorry I did not like them. We did get a 10 percent discount for veterans but was not aware of the charge for using a credit card. 3.5 percent. The discount covered taxes , credit card fee and delivery fee. Not sure I would use them again. read more

My husband and I got married in September 2022 at Tyler Arboretum last Saturday in Media. By May of that year we had all the big wedding decisions and vendors settled except for flowers. Joyce at Kenny's Flower Shoppe came highly recommended, and she had already done so many weddings at our venue that we thought Kenny's was a safe bet. We met with Joyce and she was warm, genuine, and so easy to talk with. She's not just a flower person, she's a people person. We know nothing about flowers but we had a very general overall aesthetic we were going for - understated with a few pops of color. Joyce listened to us and filled in the gaps during our very first conversation, pulling ideas out of thin air and guiding us through what she thought would fit what we were going for, whipping out samples of flowers as she went. We walked out feeling very upbeat and relieved that we found what we thought was the right person. She put together an overview and emailed it to us shortly after. Over the next few months, we emailed Joyce with updates and changes (all based on our own changes of what we had told Joyce, nothing to do with her). Joyce accommodated all of it with no issues. We got ready together (two grooms after all) and when we saw our boutonnières we were so happy- exactly what we wanted. We had mixed-gender wedding parties and she had perfectly designed everyone else's boutonnières and bouquets too. The absolute highlight for us was the floral arch. Our ceremony was in the magnolia garden of Tyler, and we decided to use Joyce's circular copper arch as the backdrop. It turned out to be absolutely stunning when we walked down the aisle and saw it for the first time -- several guests kept telling us about how much they loved it during the reception. During cocktail hour, Joyce's excellent staff moved the arch to behind our head table for the reception. The table settings were also exactly the look we wanted. Everything was just perfect. We cannot recommend Kenny's and Joyce in particular (she owns and runs the shop) enough. Planning a wedding was hard enough, and Joyce just made everything so easy and her results were so amazing. - Matt and Bill read more

Excellent Service ! I live out of state and wanted to send an arrangement to a friend. I was unfamiliar with the florists in the area so had to rely on reviews to place my order. I highly recommend Kenny's Flower Shoppe. The arrangement was beautiful was well- Thank you!! read more

Kenny's arranged the flowers from my daughter's bridal shower recently. We were so happy with the work they did. Lisa and the owner listened to our suggestions and met every request. I had 5 center pieces delivered for my sisters bridal shower. I spoke with Joyce on the phone and she went over with me in detail what I would like for the arrangements. The center pieces turned out exactly as we had discussed but even more beautiful!! They were delivered for us and Joyce waited for me to get there and see all of the arrangements to make sure they were what I wanted. Everyone at the shower commented on how beautiful the arrangements were!! They were so full with so many different types of flowers and greenery. I would definitely come here again for floral arrangements. read more

Had somewhat of a love emergency on my hands and the crew at Kenny's came through. We live in Napa California and my wife Beverly traveled back east to take care of her cousin who had a brain tumor removed. She was supposed to come back Friday but since her cousin still wasn't cleared to drive, we decided it was best if she stayed a bit longer. This Valentines was somewhat special since it was also our 20th anniversary. I made plans for a nice dinner in San Francisco and, of course, flowers. Well, plan A obviously did not work out so I went on the Interweb to see what I could find. Quite frankly, I'm a shop local whenever possible kind of a guy. That and the positive reviews leaned me towards Kenny's. I called a bunch of times trying to figure out how and when to get the arrangement delivered. Everyone I talked to were pleasant and patient on what had to be one of their busiest days. The arrangement floored my wife. Her exact quote when she called after getting them was "what, did you spend like $500 on that?" (I didn't, their prices are reasonable) Bottom line: They saved the day. We will still have our celebration here in California when she returns, but they made the day memorable and special. read more

Menawhile, now I am all embarrassed, because a friend of mine is super-close friends with the husband & wife team who own the place. She swears that they "Rock". That may be so - but why would they leave the doors to their shop wide open and nobody was there? We even called out for them a bunch of times. Gorgeous flowers (Fresh cut in the coolers and dried and potted out on display). I would really like to give them a try - so we'll stop back again and see if we can get better service next time. (Or ANY service at all.) read more

Desiree was great helping out with a vase of flowers for a death in the family. She was tasteful and able to assist/advise traditions when my suggested message was way off. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option. Lisa (the owner) is so compassionate and so artistic. She listened to all my needs and concerns, and created such a beautiful arrangement. She took extra care with my order and delivery and I cannot express how much I appreciated everything she did for my family and me. I've been going to Kenny's for about 26 years now, and I have never been disappointed. Kenny's really is the best...Lisa and her family are amazing! read more

I appreciated the friendly service and exceptional quality of the flowers. Thanks so much! I'm going to be going to Kenny's in the future. read more

Possibly the worst customer service ever. The women on the phone is extremely condescending and rude. From the moment I said 'hello', she acted like I was the nuisance for calling her business. She's unhelpful and don't bother with questions because she has no idea. The site is extremely unhelpful since there's no prices or pictures. Clearly you go inside and it's empty as well. Avoid. There's better places that actually give quality service in the projects of Philly than this place. read more

When it came time to select a florist for my daughter's wedding, I automatically thought of Kenny's. In the past, I'd ordered and received many beautiful arrangements from there so I had a pretty good idea what to expect. I absolutely recommend Kennys's Flower Shoppe. Monika was a pleasure to work with and I must say very patient! We had her do the flowers for my daughter's wedding, and when I saw them at the venue, I was totally blown away! Because of the weather, the ceremony was moved to a different part of the venue. I was concerned that "my vision " of the ceremony would not be possible. But Monika made "my vision " come true a thousand fold!! Her pricing is very fair. And she was a pleasure to work with. read more

We used Kenny's for our wedding in October, and we could not have been happier with our choice. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Monika was so wonderful to work with. She got my vision from the get-go, and carried it through to every detail. She has such an awesome eye for arrangements and decor, I trusted her to make everything look perfect. Monika was able to take my ideas and expand on them in ways I would have never imagined to make everything from the bouquets (I literally screamed with joy when I saw my bouquet), boutonniers, centerpieces, and ceremony decor look absolutely beautiful. She is professional, friendly, very flexible, accommodating, and responsive. Our guests were still raving about how amazing everything looked weeks after the wedding. I would highly recommend Kenny's to anyone, and I will certainly be using them again in the future! read more

I wanted to send a bouquet to my parents for their 60th wedding anniversary. I live in the Pacific Northwest. Instead of patronizing one of the national delivery services, I thought I'd use this as an opportunity to support an independent business in my hometown Media. The product and service could not have been more superb! I spoke by phone with a very friendly, patient, skilled florist. I gave her my budget number and suggested she use her expertise to choose blooms that are most fresh and beautiful in February. My mother reported it was the most spectacular bouquet she's seen in her 83 years! Here's the icing on the cake -- the kind of service you get from an independent business that you won't get from a corporate behemoth. I agreed with Kenny's the date and time window to deliver the flowers. When the time came, the shoppe called my parents' home phone to check they were available to take delivery. Getting no answer, Kenny's called me across the country to ask for guidance. Turns out my parents had gone out unexpectedly. Kenny's happily inconvenienced themselves to make the delivery a few hours later. I expect a corporate chain would have just dropped the flowers on the front step at the agreed time, with the attitude, "I'm just following orders. Your tough luck that your flowers froze." Kenny's didn't take that attitude. They were flexible and entirely focused on making sure that on that special anniversary day my parents got the beautiful flowers they deserve, and that I'm an ecstatic customer who couldn't recommend Kenny's more highly! read more

I really wanted to like this place, based upon the Yelp ratings and reviews. Upon calling with questions and trying to make arrangements for funeral flowers, I was essentially dissed and told to pop in "anytime" and speak to "anyone who could take the order." Sorry, but, I wasn't interested in simply giving your business my "order". I was really hoping for a little advice/consultation/customer service to respect a loved one's wishes. Really bad form here. read more

Never received a bad flower from there. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Kenny's Flower Shoppe in Media is the best florist for miles around.. They have been my go-to florist for years now, during which time they've been presented with a wide range of floral challenges. They've always come through with what I wanted, but far more beautiful than I'd imagined. Once again, this time for my son's rehearsal dinner, Monika listened to me, knew what was needed, and presented me with 14 lovely small arrangements. Everyone marveled at how such simple arrangements could add so much to the overall atmosphere of the evening. Thank you again, Monika! read more

I was planning on doing my own flowers for my wedding to save money. My attitude about the whole thing was "eh, nobody ever remembers the flowers from weddings anyway, so what's the point?" Five weeks before my wedding, I realized that I was not up to taking on this challenge, even in the haphazard and minimalist way that I planned to attempt it. I desperately hoped to find a florist able to work within a relatively limited budget on short notice. Luckily, Monika was able to help. I sent her a couple pictures from Pinterest and said, "Something kind of like this?" and then I got SUPER INTO the flower thing and kept emailing her up until a few days for the wedding asking for more and more flowers and bigger and bigger arrangements. She repeatedly said "sure, no problem!" and just went right along with all my requests. Then, when my wedding day arrived, the flowers were the BEST FLOWERS EVER. They exceeded my wildest expectations. Monika had clearly put an incredibly amount of thought into every last detail. During my wedding day, i repeatedly overheard people saying that Monika's flowers were the best wedding flowers they had ever seen. I could not recommend Monika more highly. read more

BRIDES: If you are considering florists for your wedding, look no further! Now, my wedding is next year but I have been on the search for a florist for about 2 months (about 10 consultations) and I am so excited to have found Kenny's - a family owned business. Monika was so friendly and helpful on the phone when I booked my consultation. I arrived at the appointment 45 minutes early because a previous appointment was shorter than expected and she was happy to sit down with me right away. I showed her pictures and also wanted her to use her expertise. She listened to everything I wanted and really gave me a lot of time. As we all know, it is hard to stay within your budget when planning a wedding and that is why it took me so long to find a florist. I told Monika my budget and she was able to give me a proposal that was exactly within budget... including delivery/set up! Other florists estimated more than double!! Even better... when she sent me the proposal, she also sent me two pictures of a mock-up centerpiece to see if I liked it. I did not ask her to do this... how thoughtful! That is why I wanted to go out of my way to write this review. I absolutely LOVED the photo and knew that Monika was going to be great to work with. She reminded me that since we have quite a bit of time before the wedding we can still tweak things if I want. Also, she mentioned she did not have a lot of gold hardware/holders (surprisingly a lot of florists stick with silver) but she is shopping around to get exactly what I want for the big day. read more
