If I could give zero stars I would. I've never seen such a shit show in my entire life. Walking in it was crowded (which is to expect on Mother's Day) , but then I'm hearing people complain and talk about how their orders aren't right. The front desk woman is scrambling papers flying everywhere- she forgot a customers name and told the other employee to walk out and try to find her . Another man was waiting on balloons because they were sold out of the ones he already purchased online. Eventually it's my turn. I tell them my name and what I ordered (an arrangement and a balloon). He brings out my vase with my order and tells me I need to pick another balloon because the one I bought online they sold. They sold a balloon that was already purchased and paid for online. I tell them I just want a refund for it. As I'm waiting they're scrambling to help people left and right -there's no actual organization. Another woman brings her order back in because they shorted her two cakes and it was supposed to say happy Mother's Day. They told her they couldn't fit the cakes on the tray even tho the picture that she ordered off of showed the correct amount. And then proceeded to say "we ran out of the Mother's Day chocolate take it how it is or get a refund". What ever happened to customer service ?! Seriously take ur money and go somewhere else ! Oh and just to add I got another arrangement delivered from a whole other store and they put "to WOW" instead of to mom. SO glad I paid almost 200$ for these ! ‍ read more

She lies about contacting the customers, apologizes for NOTHING and then gets attitude when you express your frustration about having to contact them Repeatedly to get a refund. They work with your orders and never disappoint with the quality of the fruit! The manager Linda is a absolute amazing person to discuss your troubles with, she never disappoints in figuring out the issue and helping resolve it. I have called the bear store over 200 times in order to figure out what was going on with my order costing over 100$. I have been placed on hold multiple times for a total time of over two hours. I was told I would be called back in regards to my order... that never happened and almost every time I call the number from their website it is an inactive number. I would have rather cut my own leg off with a rusty spoon then have to deal with this "customer service". I've received better service from a child's lemonade stand. If possible I wouldn't have even given this company a 1 star review. Anyone looking to order from the bear location would be better off growing their own food making their own chocolate even cutting down their own tree to make the sticks then ordering anything from this location. read more

I placed an order several weeks in advance of a family milestone birthday. The business closed due to weather on the day my delivery was supposed to be made. They made no attempt to contact me. This is a business based on special occasions and the poor communication is unacceptable. I don't believe this was the first case of weather and they should have been prepared to notify customers if they were going to simply not fulfill orders. They finally called a day later and offered no apology. I got a refund because a $100+ order a day late with zero acknowledgement is unacceptable. Very unprofessional. read more

Terrible terrible terrible! I placed a Valentine's Day order in advance with a set pick up time. I figured they might run a little behind with the holiday rush but over 2.5 hrs behind and no one answering g the phones is unexceptional. Even when I showed up 2 hours after my original pick up, I had to wait 40 more minutes just to get by order. The store smelled of spoiled fruit and that smell carried over onto the bear included in my order. During my time on the store, I watched customer after customer be handled by employees ranging in attitudes from overwhelmed and frustrated to apathetic and rude. People came in looking for deliveries that never made it out, orders that were hours late, and some just needed to talk to someone since the phones where not being answered. None of which is helpful or reassuring for someone spending good money on a product meant for a joyous occasion. Furthermore, the balloons in my order where not secured well. Two of the unreasonably priced balloons flew away as I exited the store... the string was tied well to the bag but not to the actual balloons! I've watched the company decline over the years but this particular location seems to be on a much sharper downturn. I won't be back. read more

Bad experience here. Ordered choc covered strawberries for daughter's birthday to be delivered near UD. Set up date, time and gave my daughter's cell# and mine. Suppose to deliver at 10:30am but at 5p no delivery, no calls. I called the store and the lady initially said they were delivered and signed for and I said they were not. On hold for 8 minutes and she finally eluded to the fact that they were never delivered but could be with no guaranteed time. I informed her no one would be home to receive and asked for a refund and to speak with the manager. When I asked her what was the refund she told me it was only for the item and that I had to pay for delivery. A delivery that was Never delivered. Again I asked for the manager who again refused to get on the phone. After 20 minutes of arguing they agreed to a full refund. I am appalled to be treated shabbily and to be expected to pay a delivery that was never sent is absurd. My daughter was looking forward to her favorite treat while being away at college on her birthday. Sadly there was no apology whatsoever, just a very unhelpful, ill informed person on the phone telling me she has "no idea why it wasn't delivered and that the manager would not get on the phone". read more

Absolutely horrendous service. This is for Valentine's day. First, the order was suppose to be delivered on Thursday but the lady could not find the place so the girl I was sending it to had to pick it up on Friday (V-day). She went there on V-Day and it was a mad house and they claimed they "lost" my order for her even though I ordered it on Monday. Horrible experience and now a special memory is lost because of them.
