I was skeptical because I've tried expensive products (Stilla, Dr. Jart, Smashbox etc.) and nothing had ever worked. She had me try the two products she said worked very well redness and I wound up buying them both - a lightweight moisturizer and a skin soothing mist. I'm new to Korean beauty but I'm really impressed with these two products already (it's only been 2 days!) The moisturizer feels incredible and I've definitely noticed a slight improvement in my redness. The spray was a godsend all weekend on my sunburn and smells so good! A lot of people recommended What's On Top. After checking a few salon web pages this salon just stuck out to me. I called for an appointment the gentleman who answered the was very polite and helpful. He asked a few questions as to what I was looking for and set me up with the owner Karen. The salon is very nice and clean. Is not a big salon I believe they only had three chairs but very welcoming and comfortable. Karen the owner is so nice and friendly. She makes you feel right at home. Actually all of the employees are very friendly. Karen asked me what I wanted and I showed her a couple of pictures from Pinterest for hair color and style. She brings out a couple of color samples and what she suggested would look nice together. Even the hair cut I wasn't 100% sure exactly what I wanted but she was so helpful. All I can say when Karen was done I loved my hair she did such a wonderful job. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. I will definitely be going back to What's On Top. It was also not too overpowering with the scents of about 50 perfumes and colognes sold here. The sales staff were fantasic. They did not have my product but explained that they were expecting it back in and if I wished to provide my name and number, they would call me when it came in! Holy smokes! I was in shock, but a happy one. Icing on the cake will be when they call. Seeing that I had wanted a facial product, they were very good about showing me a couple of others that would be a good one to use until my Genifique arrived. What I appreciated, they showed me the smaller sizes, knowing I wanted a different one and this was a "fill in" - again, how nice to think like the customer. No, I don't want to buy the semi-gallon size of my back-up creme. I was pleased to see the fragrance line offered and the amazing sales person told me all about their holiday sales and how certain ones came in special offerings of perfume and lotion. Yay! The makeup was their current line and the color line was very good, all of their standards. I will be back!
