My review is for the Target on 600 Hatton Drive in Glen Mills only. I'm a Shipt shopper and I made an error on a Prepaid order that skipped past an important screen in our checkout process. I called Shipt to see if they could take me back a screen and they said the store would have to do a manual adjustment or we'll cancel the order. While on speakerphone with the Shipt rep, I went to Target customer service to see if they will do the manual adjustment. After being passed on to 3 different people, an employee told me that they can't do the adjustment and she need the merchandise back. It was not what she said but how she said it. Lady, if I was trying to steal, I would not have tried to get your store to correct the issue. Last time that Target will see me regardless of if it's Shipt or personal. I was discriminated against at this store today. When my card wouldn't swipe at their self check out machines. Instead of the associates trying to assist me they instead seemed rather amused. And kept telling me how my card information couldn't be entered into the system manually. I asked to speak to a manager. As I was waiting one of the older cashiers said loudly why not void the order. After a few moments the manager arrived. I asked that it be transferred to a register instead because I know my card works. They transferred it the machine was still not registering it. The cashier suggested entering it manually and the manager immediately shot that down saying they weren't allowed to. The cashier began smirking and laughing. I walked away went to call customer service. The person who answered said my name. I filed two reports. Then whenI called back the store I was told that they are allowed to enter it manually by the manager and she doesn't understand why they didn't do that. The reason I'm thinking is discrimination because when I exited the store with no items all I saw were smirks on associates faces. read more

I typically love this Target which is why I'm giving it 4 stars! Tonight was an off night. It was a mess...they were stocking a lot of stuff and a lot of the shelves were unorganized...especially all of the Christmas items. I am a teacher and what I love most about this Target is their Bullseye Playground. Ever since Target switched from the "Dollar Spot" to the Bullseye Playground, the selection has been disappointing. This is the one Target where I am more likely to find good stuff to use in my classroom which I appreciate (although my bank account my not). There is plenty of parking available. They have a Starbucks inside. You can usually get through the customer service area pretty quickly. Carts are always stocked. Bathroom is decent enough. Way better than the Springfield location. They offer self checkout but it seems like Target in general wants people to check themselves out so they can save money on staff because every time I go to Target now there's like one lane open with a human and everyone else is forced to check themselves out. Lame. I think they have a smaller selection of things in most "departments" of this store if you are comparing this location to the Springfield Mall location. I could be wrong but that's how it feels to me. There are times though when I specifically take a ride to this location versus going to the (closer) Springfield location. The "Bullseye Playground" is worth it almost every single time. It's hard to go wrong with a Target. This is one of my faves that I've been to. I recommend! read more

I had to get in-and-out of this location quickly so that I could have some big meals to prepare for my business trip during the week. They had everything that I was looking for including fruits and vegetables and of course some vegan frozen meals that helped me stay on my diet during my work week. Hopefully I'll get to this location again. I was able to find the items easily, and get through the line very quickly. read more

Not the biggest fan of Target. Mostly because I feel like it's so overrated. But I love this one! Really nice vibes and big spacious aisles. Employees always look happy which is awesome to see in retail. Definitely the only target in Delaware County I go to! read more

This location is a good alternative to the Springfield Mall location, which is usually just crazy busy thanks to the extra mall traffic. The Glen Mills location is much larger and generally more organized. My only complaint is that it seems as though they have a hard time keeping the shelves well-stocked. Your best bet is to go during the week or really early on the weekend. It's usually not too hard to find a decent parking spot because the lot is freakin' huge! read more

Clean and organized. Came here for a video game for my son. Lots of selection and got help right away. Also, got a price match on the game. Online target had Dying Light priced cheaper then in store. Paid for the game with ease in the electronics department. As for the front end check-out, it took a little longer because of the long lines. Cashier was friendly and nice. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this Target! I normally do pick up orders on my way home from work and they are always so quick and efficient with getting my items and bringing them to me. Today though they were taking a little longer than normal which was not a problem. Stuff happens and I didn't think anything of it. I see one of their employees walking towards me without bags and my heart sank. I was so worried she was going to say I placed the order at the wrong store or that someone else took my items. She was SO apologetic and said they are still trying to find some of my bags but the manager and her just wanted to say sorry for the wait and they are working on solving the problem. I was amazed by their kindness and willingly apologizing. I was not mad or upset by any means but what awesome customer service!! Glen Mills Target, you are the best!!! The Glen Mills Target is a step up from the Springfield Mall Target (see my review for it). The SM Target is rather ghetto, with customers acting like they're in a zoo, and the legions of soccer/stay-at-home moms who shop there are usually out for blood. (Yes, I've seen them fight to the point where they almost come to blows!) The clientele here seems like a better breed, and I don't feel unsafe when I shop here, unlike the other Target. The only drawback is that this Target isn't plainly visible from Route 1; if not for the bull's eye, you'd never know it was back there. It's kind of jammed into the back end of the shopping village. Otherwise, I prefer this location and wish I lived closer to it. read more

The pharmacy here is incompetent. I don't throw this word around lightly, but we are talking truly should be shut down. They have given me the wrong medication, and would have given me the wrong medication several times after that if I was not on top of my own medical care. If anyone receives multiple medications or the lesser love you miss you want you who may be easily confused, this is a place to stay away from. read more

I stopped into this Target yesterday morning to pick up some paper products. They only had toilet paper and no paper towels. I purchased some other essential items and went to check out as I placed all my items on the conveyer belt to find out that the cashier did something to her register and it had to be shut down. As the Manager (long blonde haired woman) came over to assist she told her to move to another register and said to me "Sir, you need to take your things and move to another register". The fact that I had on a baseball cap doesn't make me a guy. Clearly she wasn't paying attention and just being rude. This is why I normally go to Target Greatland in Wilmington, Delaware where the store is much larger, they always have EVERYTHING I need and the Staff is ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable and provides the Best Customer Service. I'm very disappointed in this Target location as it's right around the corner from my home and it was more convenient then going to Delaware. I'll be back at the Delaware location because of this Horrible experience. read more

It was your average target experience. The staff at this target were very nice. Most of the staff I ran into greeted me with a smile and a "Do you need help?". Store was clean and organized. This Target store is in an odd location, tucked away in the back of a strip mall with a strange layout. Aside from that, this is a rather standard Target store. It's clean and well-stocked. Checkout was fast. If only it was 3 miles to the south so we can save on the sales tax. But wait, there's a Target store there too! read more

Very disappointed with Target and the regional manager Mike. We signed up for the cell phone deal where their sales flyer and pictures we saved on our cell phones for $200 Target gift cards for each phone activation. The general manager Mike refused to give us the gift cards for each of the 4 phones we purchased (spent 6 hours in their store to have them activated). We had the pictures and the proof and all the managers below him were in agreement with giving the gift cards. He refused saying because AT&T had buy 1 get one free that the gift card didn't apply - there was not one place in fine print that this deal couldn't be used if you were getting a buy one get one free deal. What a waste of time spent at Target when we could have had speedy service at an AT&T store. Such a frustrating and irritating experience all around. read more

The store is nicely organized and there are several things that have better prices than other stores. I save a couple dollars on certain items that I buy regularly however I can't stay in the store more than 10 minutes because of the awful smell that hits me as soon as I walk in. It is a burned rubber or even maybe a chemical smell that is definitely in the front of the store. I try to figure out if it is a film developing smell but I didn't know stores still had that service. It is definitely overwhelming and has been going on in that store for the last few years. I commented about it on their website before but never heard anything back. Just makes me wonder how bad is the air quality in this store with such a strong irritating smell. I wish I could shop there more as a live nearby but for now I run in n run out. read more

I am always at this location. I think they generally do a good job of having everything organized and stocked. Most workers are nice. However I ran into a miserable cashier at check-out twice- with no greeting whatsoever after saying "hello, how are you?". No words. I also do not like how they have their staff meetings in the middle of the store congregating in the aisles/ middle of floor, I feel it to be unprofessional. read more

This Target rocks. It's very clean, has all of the essentials of a Target and a nice clientele. They also have a good grocery area. We bought blueberries and blackberries there yesterday - not only a good price, but these were some really delicious berries. This is my favorite Target to go too because it's convenient to Brinton Lake (across the street), next to Home Depot, and there are so many other stores and restaurants to go to while you get your errands done. read more

Very nice Target, clean not horrendously crowded. The grocery area has good produce and other items at decent prices, a definite plus. My only wish with this target is that it would stay open unitl 11pm year round, not just during the holidays. The Delaware target stays open till 11 all nights except sunday I think. I love shopping later at night. read more
