I have not been to the store itself, but was "assaulted" by their half-baked goods at a party. It's no exaggeration that no one could finish a cupcake. The cake is consistently fantastic but their service today was beyond amazing. I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday to be picked up at Whitehall. The owner instead apologized, gave us a bunch of cake pops, delivered the cake to my house, and gave us 6 cupcakes. My young children are telling everyone about the owner and what she did. If that is not fixing a small mistake I don't know what is! This place is a fantastic small business and run by gracious people! -Melanie
