I relayed my anxiety about leaving him there for a few hours and she assured me she will do the best she can and if anything goes wrong to give me a call right away. Thankfully, that wasn't necessary and within 2 hours he was ready for pick up. His haircut came out great and he seemed so happy and confident coming out so I know he was treated well! I did this and Ashley wasn't available so I booked with Madi. She was late arriving and rude. She did let me know that she would work on him first to get him out ahead of the other dogs... I called back 3 hours later and they tell me that he won't be ready for another 2 hours.... His appointment was at 8AM & they call me at 1PM to tell me that he's ready. 5 HOUR APPOINTMENT. When I go to pick up Madi doesn't say a word to me and had someone else hand me my dog. Then they charged me an extra $10 "handling fee" because they needed an extra person to hold him while on the table. He's a pretty small dog and if she had started him at 8AM (when his appt was) before any other dogs came in it wouldn't have taken so long. I will never go back to this groomers now. Sad because we loved Ashley.

My pet was sent here by Mission animal hospital in Palmdale who are contracted with Ark all animal…read morecremation, I waited 7 weeks for a paw print which at the end of this long wait was the worst experience I got after losing our 13 yr old lab, paw print came in a plain brown paper bag a number and name just hand written across the front, the print itself was made on a mold that was not smoothed ,completely unevenly shaped the print itself was only half done not the full paw print, then slapped with a terrible smear of gold paint, yes it looked smeared,this entire job look like it was done by a 5 yr old with not a care or consideration of the family it was going to. The owner Rhea verbally and thru texts blamed another worker of the terrible work but mission animal hospital said they had several complaints and may cut services with this crematorium if complaints continue, the owner said directly to me on the phone that she wanted to make it right by at least refunding our money which to this day over a month and a half later she has not sent anything in return not $1.00 even after several Texts back and forth with all the information she needed to refund us she has not followed thru by any means. At this point my hope here is to help families not go thru what we did after such a loss. Do not take your chances or pets here avoid completly at all costs.
