Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. He informed me of the total cost and ETA and sure enough he was here within the time frame. He was able to comfort me during a difficult time, once again he walked me through the process of how pet cremations are and made sure my questions were answered. He gave me an estimated return date (2 weeks) for the ashes and then they were on their way. Update: The ashes were retuned a week after they took Lola, she was returned back home and I am so happy with the results. The engraved urn and paw print were so beautiful. I usually go to a vet in Ventura in a very nice location and this is more expensive than them. Unbelievable trying to rip off the community. How are people supposed to do a dogs dental twice a year at this price?
