Ariel was God sent to me. The way Ariel memorialized my little sassy girl Cutie was more than I could ever imagined! Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. Ariel made me a special ink design with Cutie's tail curved forming a half heart with her back paw in the middle. I don't have tattoos but if I were to ever get one this would be perfect! Ariel created so many personal touches for Cutie's send off to heaven that she had me crying tears of joy. I'm confident in saying my little sassy girl Cutie knew she was so loved not only here on earth but in heaven. I had a terrible experience at Boulevard Veterinary. After my dog was attacked, the vet examined…read morehim, diagnosed an eye injury, and scheduled surgery for the next day. I shared their estimate with the other dog's owner, and an employee named Chloe later told me that the owner had already arranged financing through Cherry Pay. When I arrived for the surgery, the staff suddenly demanded full payment upfront and refused to accept the financing their own employee had confirmed. When expressed my confusion and dissatisfaction with their lack of professionalism with the way the situation was being handled, they said I was disrespectful and declined to treat my injured dog and sent us away. Their camera footage would clearly show that I never once yelled, used foul language or disrespected anyone that day or during any previous visits. You can imagine how traumatic and humiliating this situation was for me and my dog. However them sending me away turned out to be for the I wound up taking my dog to AV Veterinary and had a much more pleasant experience there. The staff and the vet, Dr Wright were very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The best part was that my dog didn't actually need surgery to repair his injuries. In my opinion Boulevard Vet was trying to capitalize by doing a Cherry Eye removal which my dog was born with and was not damaged by the attack.
