I spoke too soon about this place. The owner is the only person in the salon who has any skill. My daughter and went for a pedicure and were met by two males. The one I had was extremely rough and acted as though he was on a short time schedule. He sanded over my entire foot, scraped my soles raw, and grabbed my ankles so tightly that I was with wincing the entire time. Meanwhile, my daughter's face was pure white, and she started tearing up. Her toes were bloody and swollen. We just stopped the process and left. We went to the drug store and purchased Epsom salts, band-aids, and neosporin.. We felt that it was obvious that these two had never given a pedicure before. A manicure or pedicure should be a pampering, pleasant experience. We are looking for a new salon. read more

When I first went to this place , the lady was awesome , even when she beat my legs and feet ..? The second lady was great .. went back around Christmas to treat my daughter in law & myself to pedis .. got charged 2 Bills for FEET only for both of us.. pedis with designs... then my design wasnt right .. i was not happy .. the manager offered to take off 5.00 .. they lost my business for good .. do the math ladies and confirm price before service.. today they tried tacking on an extra 10 to my friend and her daughters pedicures because they used cheesegrater on their feet ... read more

I was very pleased to find a nail salon that is open on Sundays. I walked in an hour before closing time for a solar nail refill. My was very welcoming and finished my nails in 30 minutes. She did a fabulous job & even cleaned up my cuticles. I will definitely be back!!! read more

I was hesitant about trying this place because it really doesn't look like much from the outside. The parking lot in particular is a disaster. But the reviews were so good that I went ahead and tried it. The salon is "relaxing" in the sense that they don't have a TV playing Kardashians or something annoying, so it is a bit more zen-like. But it is not particularly well decorated or otherwise special. I got a manicure and pedicure. I think the pedicure I got was their most expensive one, and it was like $40- maybe cheaper? I thought the pedicure was fine. Nothing special. The girl did a decent job, although I do wish she had worked on my callouses a little more. I did not receive a shoulder or back massage and didn't see that advertised anywhere, so I think Heidi S. just got lucky. While I might go back for the inexpensive yet decent pedicure, my manicure was not so good. I got just a basic manicure- no shellac, fill, etc. I found the polish selection to be very limited, and much of the polish looked old. I chose my typical neutral color. The girl did an OK job applying it, and it looked fine inside the salon. But once I left and got in the light of day, it was terrible. She had applied a yellow-tinged topcoat that not only ruined the neutral nail color but created these little bubbles all in the polish. I also saw that my cuticles had been cut in a way that they were already starting to get ragged once the lotion wore off. If you are into cheap mani-pedis and aren't super-picky, this place is for you. I do think it's clean, and the ladies were polite. If you are looking for a more luxurious experience, go elsewhere. read more

my pinkie is swollen and i'm in excruciating pain. they were nice, but my nails are ruined and it aches so bad was not worth it

"Thu" is a very talented nail tech. She gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. She takes her time, she is very skilled with firm massage of the calves & feet! She got rid of all my callus without causing any pain or discomfort. I thoroughly enjoyed the service & will return again when I am back in town in a few months. read more

Getting my nails done was a pleasant experience, the tech was personable and the finished nails looked well done. My main issue is that my nails did not last very long. After about 2 weeks 2 nails had come off and several others were lifting near the cuticle. I don't plan to return. read more

My husband and I both got our nails done. The guy doing mine went through it at speed while he watched soccer and spoke to everyone else in the room. Then he took the color back that I picked and chose something else to put on my nails. Hubby definitely got a better deal. However his tech after we told her several times what color he wanted still chose to put clear on his nails. read more

Love this place! I walked in with no appointment and everyone was super nice. I was quickly seated and they did a great job. The shop is very clean. Nice ambiance. It's easy to find and close to the mall. The girl that did my toes did an excellent job and Mai did my full set. She talked to me the entire time and I was never ignored. In town for the weekend. My regular two salons at home were both booked up this week when I was free to go so I jumped on yelp to find a nail tech in Tulsa near my hotel. I found My Nails had many great reviews so I called and though it was nearing closing time the lady who answered said to come right over. I hopped in my car and headed there. It was 20 minutes before closing but they were gracious and kind and welcoming. It was a pleasant atmosphere, the workers all seemed to be helpful to one another and kind to the customers who were in there. I was seen by Khan - he was freaking amazing!!! We laughed and talked the whole time. Even better than my regular salons back home. Khan is a personable and fun guy who was efficient and did a wonderful job on my nails. If I didn't live 2 hours away; I'd have a new salon. read more

Today was a mani/pedi kind of day. This little shop is tucked behind a few business, including Starbucks, but easy to find. The employees are very nice! I told them I wanted a mani/pedi. They had me pick my colors and I sat down. For a regular pedi and shellac mani, I paid $55 (w/o tip). They also gave me a nice leg/foot and hand massage. I'd definitely come back here. They had a bunch of different pedi packages to choose from. They also had a few TVs. Thankfully the volume wasn't too loud. It was packed on a Saturday afternoon. They're were at least 6 pedi stations and 8 mani stations. They also have a room for waxing. The place itself isn't anything fancy but the manicurist are really nice. read more

me and my friend went in to get our nails done with dip powder, we called ahead and asked how much it would be. they told us $43 for both. then when we got there it was $50 and once we paid it ended up being $100. and our nails are NOT what we wanted. NEVER coming back. read more

I purchased the Groupon for My Nails, as did my wedding party. We made appointments and were helped right away. My pedicurist did not speak or understand English, and I had to communicate through another tech so that she could translate what I was asking for, and wanting. The pedicurist was very precise and methodical - which was also very painful. She was not slow and gentle, or taking care with me at all. She also missed my foot and "exfoliated' my heel. Three times I jerked my foot out of her hands, and I left with an open sore on the back of my foot. She filed my nails unevenly, and the paint chipped within 24 hours. I now have to go back in and ask to have them re-painted as this was for my wedding. While I can say the people were friendly and smiling, they are certainly not good at their jobs and I will not go back or recommend them to anyone else. read more

The salon I regularly go to was closed while the owners were on vacation so I thought I would try this place. Took a few minutes to be recognized, had to wait for a tech to come in to get my pedicure, and about 15 minutes later she handed me off to another tech that had just gotten there so she could go do a manicure. It took him a few minutes to figure out where to pick up. Everything was fine until he started using the pumice stone. He was doing fine until he got to my big right toe, which does NOT have dry skin/calluses. He scrubbed so hard with that stone that he took off almost TWO layers of skin, making my toe bleed profusely!!!!!! He half-heartedly apologized, got the bleeding stopped, and applied a liquid bandage. What upsets me the most is the nonchalant attitude of the tech doing my pedicure and the tech working on a customer in the chair next to me. They did not seem at all concerned that they had caused a major injury to me. When I got home I cleaned it with an antiseptic soap, applied antibiotic cream, and put a bandage over it. My toe throbbed with pain for most of the day yesterday. It looks a little red around the wound today. I will be having my toe looked at by my doctor. What is sad is that I was getting a pedicure so that I could look good in sandals, but now I have to wear a bandage on it AND it will leave a nice little scar, thanks to their carelessness. Had high expectations based on other reviews. Was very disappointed. Everything was rushed and substandard. My nail tech had the sniffles so maybe she just wasn't feeling well, but it was very obvious she couldn't care less about the service she provided. Worst nail salon experience! I did my nails and used gel color because it lasts longer, not from this salon! The color peeled off the same day I had them done. The woman who did them was in a hurry and only put my nails underneath the uv lamp for only a few seconds. I thought that was the reason. I went back the next day to complain and have them redone, she said I had to wait for an hour and a half! After I complaining some more all of a sudden she found time to redo my nails. Unfortunately as soon as I left the color, one of my nails peeled off again. This is the first time this has happened to me in my life. I did some research and asked around and found out that it's probably because the quality of the products this salon uses is really low. Also, when they do pedicures no one of the people working there wears gloves!!! That's unacceptable! It's the first hygiene rule for pedicures! This was a bad experience for me, don't waste your money go to a different salon. read more

Went in because of all the great reviews and was seriously dissatisfied I'm usually not one to complain but I went to get some acrylics with just a simple color and a feather on both of my ring fingers simple right? Nope, ALL of my nails are crooked the feathers don't even look like feathers i have 2 feather duster sparkler looking things on my hands when I asked her to fix it she got all upset and starting bitching about me to her coworker in Vietnamese (I knew she was talking about me because I kept hearing the word design and gesturing towards me) then when I mentioned they were all crooked and not completely covering my nails she looks and goes "Oh, yeah I see where he did the powder it's crooked." then just went on about her business not even mentioning it. HORRIBLE customer service and terrible end result I'm embarrassed to go anywhere with these nails if I wanted some janky nails I would have attempted them myself.
