The tech who carried out my actual oil change (older gentleman) was fantastic. He deserved all the raises & praises. Professionalism goes a long way, being a kind human goes even further. Won't be back.

I was worried if there was a leak, but the issue was quickly resolved. They also took time to explain that the issue was due to coolant issue and how I can check and fix if it happens again in future. Then he proceeded to tell me it would be $225 an hour (estimate up to 5 hours) to remove the stripped oil plug (that they stripped)! When I said no I'm not paying to fix something YOU broke. Then, the owner proceeded to tell me that my car was not safe to drive because when they stripped the plug it caused an oil leak! Then, he backtracked and said they didn't strip the plug! He said it must have happened the last time my oil was changed. They did my last oil change! I took my chances and left and drove over to another service station. The owner of KwikKar is dishonest. He changed the story after I left my review on Kwik Kar. You read, you decide look at the other 1 star reviews. how he always blames the customers. He accused me of a DIY on my own car. I'm a 57 year d woman. I do not work on my own car! He's dishonest!

Sure, still charged me $185 for diagnosis. Thought I was getting taken for a ride by my Carmax warranty because they were only willing to pay $66 towards the $160 charge for the part. Turns out that is exactly what the part retails for, checked AutoZone and genuine Chevy parts online. This place doubled down, they reserve the right to mark up the parts as they choose on some margin they weren't able to disclose to me, wouldn't tell me how much they paid for my part, just that they weren't gonna budge on what they charged me. Ladies, make sure you ask ALL the questions, don't let anyone think you don't know what you're talking about before you leave your car with a mechanic shop like this one.

The sales rep lives in our neighborhood and it felt like he definitely took advantage of us knowing where we live and our occupations. We're gonna be buying a new car in about a year and it'll either be a Kia sorento or telluride hybrids. That sale isn't going to that string of dealerships anymore. Hope it was worth it.

They had just thrown it back in my trunk and covered it back up. ZERO mention of that to me. When I called to complain yesterday, they basically told me that was not their problem. It was not their responsibility to show or tell me that I now had no spare. Apparently, their only responsibility is to take your money, get you back out of their shop, and wave goodbye. Trust me, it's not a full-hand wave.
