Will never use this again. Total rip off and waste of $. The driver left most of us standing there and was extremely rude.

Last Saturday I bought a ticket to take the 7pm bus to Logan from Braintree. A number of us were waiting outside, with our luggage, next to the bus. The bus driver had gotten into the bus and, without saying anything, closed the door and took off. We were left stranded. We went inside to complain, but the Logan Express agent threw up his hands and said there was nothing he could do. He could not call the bus, he could not call Logan Express management -- he was completely useless. If we were rushing at the last minute to get the bus, I would understand that the drivers need to keep to a strict schedule. But we were waiting outside for a number of minutes, on the curb, with our luggage while the bus was parked there. It was an extremely frustrating experience which was magnified even more by the disinterest or powerlessness of the Logan Express agent in the building. I will try using Logan express again, but I will keep that cabbie's card in my wallet and enough cash for the taxi fare to the airport. . read more

Logan Express from Braintree and from Logan to Braintree has been very disappointing the past few times I have used the system. Coming into terminal E, the service is horrible the buses are supposed to come ever 1/2 hour you might see a bus in 1 1/2 hours usually its full or have only a few seats available. It might take 2 or more hours to get to Braintree using the Logan Express. read more

This pertains to Saturday travel only. On 8-22-2015 we landed at 6:45 pm. Made our way to the Logan express for the Braintree shuttle. Which on Saturday runs every hour. At least 25 or more people waiting, the bus shows up with 9 seats open. Are they that cheap to put on another bus driver? Take a cab from the airport on Saturday travel. I will say I've taken the Braintree shuttle many times with no problem just never on a Saturday from airport. read more

I've never used Logan express before I did not know what to expect but everything went accordingly to how I was hoping it would. The terminal was clean the buses we're on time and the driver was very courteous and helpful. The price which included parking and bus fare was less than $50.00. read more

Love this shuttle to and from Boston. Fast easy and cheap reliable parking.. Also, if you ha e any questions or concerns the people in the office are very helpful even when you arrive at midnight. read more

Out on curb with my family of 4 at 12:15am on a Monday night...per schedule next shuttle should be at 12:30. Scheduled time on rolling electric sign says next shuttle at 1:15am!!! Horrible false advertising for a family traveling with small children. No reliability! Better off with off site parking! read more

Could be a very valuable service but is sloppy. I have used it before without problem. But one time I bought a round trip ticket, was in a hurry and didn't notice that they only gave me a one way tic and receipt, which proved to not be proof I hadn't used a second ticket... so I had to pay for it again on the return trip. Today I am inspired to write because the estimated wait time at the terminal read 25 minutes. My wife and I went inside for a while to not be cold. Fifteen minutes later my wife went to check the time and the bus was there already. She asked the driver if he could wait a moment so she could tell me they were early but he said he could not. So we had to wait for the next bus, which by the way the estimated time elapsed for. The terminal announced it was due, then announced it to come in the next 30 minutes again as if it had come and gone. The bus came 5 minutes later, so the estimations are all off. Check out ride shares like Uber. It's competitive, especially if to consider the hassle. I'll do that next time. read more

What a joke - arrived 2AM after long delayed flight. Attendant asked that ticketed customers de-bus first. clueless lady just in front of us said her ticket was in luggage. The clerk told us to wait on bus (we were the only ones left) until he received the lady's ticket. 6 minutes goes by and she is still looking BUT the idiot ticket taker has us still waiting on bus while he just stands there watching. Why he could not take the literally 2 seconds to take our 3 tickets while he waited is a complete astonishment! Then I hand him 3 tickets and he goes up to my wife and demands her ticket which I had just handed him. HEY - LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Logan Express is probably one of the best kept secrets in transportation in Boston and surrounding areas. I was traveling alone and I wanted to find the best method (quickest and least expensive) to get from Logan Airport to the Sheraton Boston. This is it! Follow the signs to ground transportation and public transportation. The signs to Logan Express Buses appeared. I had never done this before, so I just followed the signs. When I arrived at the bus stop, the Back Bay bus was there. The driver was so courteous and helpful--I didn't know how or when to pay! He told me that you have to pay by credit card because he cannot accept cash. He waited for me to find my credit card--so patient! He swiped my card and gave me a receipt! The cost was $5. I think a cab is around $40. He asked where I was going so he could drop me off at the nearest stop. The nearest stop is the Hynes Convention Center. I did tell him I was staying at the Sheraton Boston. When we drove by the Sheraton Boston, he apologized for not stopping, but said he must only stop at Logan Express Stops. The walk was only about 2 minutes to the Sheraton Boston which is right behind the Hynes Center. He made sure I knew the way! When I was going back to Logan Airport two days later I met another driver equally as kind and friendly! This driver helped non-English speaking people, a very young woman, and me get off at the right terminals. The 3:00 pm Saturday pickup at Logan by the Framingham Logan Express was pretty poor. The driver insisted bags be carried on board, and then the bus reached capacity with no seats left because of all the bags on board. Don't know what the driver was thinking. read more

Have never had any negative experiences and was taking this once a month at one point. Great to drop your stuff, get on the bus and go. Much faster than trying to park and getting to your terminal. Parking rates here are much better than the airport as well. Great concept and makes life much easier. read more

Just got back from business trip to Boston. The Logan Express was an efficient and good way to get to and from Braintree for a reasonable price of $12. Beats a $40 cab fare. The Silverline bus to South Station and the from there on the T line to Braintree is much cheaper but slower. One major concern I had was on the 11 am bus from Braintree back to Logan on ther 10th of November when the bus driver was trying to write stuff on an envelope while driving 50 mph and taking both hands off the wheel for a few seconds at a time also while taking a bend with the bus veering towards the barrier in the left lane. I could not believe that a professional driver would be taking risks like that with 50 plus passengers. That stuff should only be done when completely stationery. The passenger next to me in the front row seat was a regular rider and said that she had seen this type of thing regularly. read more

I have used Logan Express for years. The worst part is always waiting at the airport after you have arrived hoping to see that bus come. It is never on time since it needs to stop at every terminal. This past Saturday we had an early morning flight and got there at 4:04am for the 4:30 bus. We bought our tickets and waited like everyone else. When the bus pulled up we all stood in line to board. There were over 20 of us that were turned away because they oversold. There was NOT an additional bus to help us get to our flight. The next bus was not until 5:30. We ended up taking a cab (they are always waiting). Standard rate for the cab is $45 plus $6 toll. I wish I didn't already spend the $44 on 2 round trip tickets. The cab driver got us there in 20 minutes. I will definitely consider this next time. For an additional $30 you don't need to take the bus. It's still cheaper than parking at the airport. $7 a day is much cheaper than $30+. read more

I highly recommend this service. Very convenient, reasonably priced and 10 plus customer service. I have problems walking distances so I really appreciated the driver dropping off my husband and me in front of the Boston Sheraton Hotel even though it wasn't an actual stop. On our return trip to the airport the departure point was the Hynes Convention Center which was blocked by road construction. It was our great fortune that Jim Monahan a Logan Express supervisor, was there and came to our rescue. He found us a safe place to wait for the bus and helped us board the bus as well as put our luggage on the bus. When we reached our terminal the driver took off our luggage and helped us get off. The Back Bay stops are convenient to many hotels and other modes of transportation. You pay with a credit card once you have boarded the bus. read more

For years we drove ourselves to the airport but then discovered Logan Express and the Silver Line. We have never had a problem finding a seat and the buses leave exactly one time. The only thing to keep in mind is that when they say "on the half hour" leaving Logan, that means from Terminal A. If you are at Terminal E, the bus may not get there until almost 15 minutes later. The drives are courteous and seem to drive within speed limits. These are worth the money. read more

I think this "Express service" is nothing but a complete discrimination towards people who live in other towns which are on the way to Logan. I have never seen a more stupid service. I don't say this bus must stop at every city bus stop, no! But if they thought about their customers, they would make at least one stop in other towns this bus goes through! As an example, I live in Quincy MA, and I would use this bus, but the stop is located so inconveniently, it's in Braintree, and there's no public transportation to this place. At the same time, the "express" bus doesn't make a single stop anywhere in Quincy although it's on its way to Logan anyway!!! And what if I have no one who can drive me to Logan "express" terminal in Braintree? I'm even surprised the owners had some brain to make this terminal in Braintree, they should have made it somewhere much further from Boston, so that no one can use it at all! Nice planning! I won't use this service, the T is much better (and much cheaper). And I don't advise you to use it - only if you live somewhere close by, or you have friends who can drive you there. read more

my wife and i do really like using the braintree logan express. we were waiting for a bus for a half hour which is ok but i was very angry what i saw when the bus arrived. there was about ten tsa employees running on the bus while the people who have been traveling all day lose their seats. then i board the bus and every tsa employee had it set up so nobody could sit next to them and the bus was totally full. i think logan express should be for the travelers not a taxi for tsa employees read more
