I purchased a ticket back to Braintree from one of the ticket machines in the baggage terminal. There was some difficulty with the machine, but I finally received the ticket and didn't give it more thought. Nobody checked tickets until back in Braintree. The person checking them as we got off of the bus said there was a problem with the ticket and to go inside to the window. At least two other passenger's also had problems with their ticket. I also needed to break a bill for a tip. At the window, I communicated two separate things to the cashier: 1. Please break the 20; 2. the ticket guy said there is some problem with my ticket and said to give it to (you). The cashier said I didn't have a ticket and he didn't know what the ticket I gave him was. I said I bought it from one of the kiosks at the airport. The little a-hole took my money (and the non-ticket?) handed me a new ticket, and gave me the change from purchasing a second ticket - because he didn't know what to do with the piece of paper I paid for from the kiosk. He accused me of lying. Would not return my money. Gave NO explanation, and a very obvious attitude that he didn't need to give me an explanation. Then I watched him do the exact same thing to one of the other passengers who evidently also had a mysterious non-ticket. The third passenger was much smarter than both of us and never bothered going inside to the cashier. And in a few weeks I'll be there again for a ride to the airport. I fear for my blood pressure when I go the cashier. read more

I was an avid supporter of Logan Express pre-pandemic. Only once or twice we're they late and they had excellent customer service. Recently, they never pickup the phone - particular late night when the buses are late. read more

I'm updating my review here as things here are continuously pissing me off. The parking lot is almost always full. The departure times of the buses to the airport needs to be more frequent on the weekends. Too much misinformation about the schedule on the weekends. I just missed my flight AGAIN! read more

Logan express overall is just a terrible service and best used of you can't find Uber or a taxi. They are never on the time they say and even if it says the bus will arrive in 10 mins you're likely looking at 30-60. The equipment is awful as well read more

Are you deathly afraid of navigating the Braintree Split when entering off the exit next to the South Shore Plaza? Does that 100-yard stretch of roadway scare the shit out of you when you have to dodge three lanes of traffic? Have you seen the accidents that happen there? But you've got to get yourself to Logan Airport? And you despise the T with every ounce of energy you have? Well, Logan Express is just for you. Be forewarned, it takes a lot of planning on YOUR part to use Logan Express efficiently. Regardless of the time, you need to bank on at least an hour to use the bus service. "But, hey, it's about a half hour from Braintree to Logan!" you say. The bus drops you off at each terminal, so if you're flying out of Terminal E, you're going to spend some time going from terminal to terminal. And that's not including rush-hour traffic. Really, it's the easiest way to get to the airport. YOU don't have to worry about doing the driving, you don't have to worry about dodging the cars in the airport terminal, and loading your luggage on and off the bus. They do it for you! Avoid the hassle of getting to the airport and focus on how good you'll look going through the full-body scanners at Logan! Be sure to tip the driver! They are the hardest working guys around! read more

I'm a total convert. Gone are the days of the commuter rail to the silver line. Gone are the days of cajoling friends and family to drive my butt to Logan. This place does it RIGHT. This place is right off 93 in Braintree, shuttles run every half hour (and every 15 minutes from 3-4), and it's clean and efficient. Parking is easy and ample. Overall, I'm hugely impressed. A round trip ticket is 22 bucks, and parking is 7 bucks a day. For a short term trip, you really can't beat the ease, safety, and convenience of the Logan Express. read more

Second tome this has happened to me and my family, I truly don't know why we even came back for a second time. It was the first bus company on Google so we unfortunately went with it, apparently forgetting how long we waited last time. They claim they come every half hour until midnight, that's a lie. We waited an entire hour 10:00pm-11:00pm before a bus came for us. Called three times, no answer. Beware. If you don't mind waiting, this might be more convenient than finding something closer to the airport. If you don't like waiting an hour on a bench for a bus, go elsewhere. I've heard awesome things about preflight (red buses with the check). Give them a try. read more

Great alternative to driving into Logan. We have never had any problems In fact leaving early one morning the bus filled up and they just quickly had another driver and bus added to accommodate the 10 or so people that were not able to fit on our bus. They leave Braintree exactly on the hour or half hour so don't think if you are running behind a minute or two they will still be there! Leaving Logan it's a crap shoot ..you never really know when they will be by --just got to keep your eyes open and wait but they will be there read more

Service sucks. Hours are wrong on website. Buses always late. This place sucks. Employees should be held to a higher standard, they look unprofessional when purchasing tickets. read more

Points for being easy to find at the airport, cheap, quick, and comfortable. Much better than lugging your stuff on the red line to Braintree. Points deducted for being 15 minutes late or so to the B terminal. I had been up since 3am Pacific time, and it was 9pm and just wanted to get moving. If you pay for a ticket beforehand, you're good. God help you if you want to buy a ticket after the ride. A guy gets on the bus, takes your card, and then goes inside. He is SLOW and was awful to deal with. There were like six people in line, and it took FOREVER for him to return the cards and get a signature. Then two people came in to say that the card reader to let them leave wasn't reading their tickets, and he left the people in line to go figure that out. Then he'd try and do the next person's credit card and another person would come in and complain about not being able to leave. Awful service. read more

It would be nice if they stopped for passengers, thanks for the hour plus wait...next time we'll take a Lyft.

This is the best alternative than driving to Logan, and I like that it arrives every 1/2 hour. However, $11 per ride is a bit steep, don't ya think? read more

Good luck finding a parking spot, people are parked where they aren't supposed to be and you still cannot find a parking spot. Also the buses are continuously full so plan accordingly. read more

This seems to be a relatively easy way to get to the airport. $12 one way, 7 dollars a day to park your car. Picks you up on the half hour from the airport .. or somewhere around the posted time. There is even a great rest stop area by the parking lot with a dunkin donuts, vending machines and lots of space to stand around, indoors, if its raining or cold and you're waiting for someone to pick you up. read more

This is one of the best deals when visiting Boston. It picks up at the airport and drops visitors to Boston (and other locations in the surrounding area) off at either Copley Square or the Convention Center in the Back Bay area, approximately every 20 minutes. They also pick up from Boston at those sites and drop off at the airport terminals. The ride is $5 each way, pay with credit card as cash is not accepted. Riders pay for their ticket on the bus unless they have an MBTA pass that allows them to ride free. The ride was fairly quick (20 minutes or so) and comfortable, the drivers were courteous and it was stress free. The pick up sites at the airport were easy to find and each bus is marked with its destination. The only downside, if could even be considered that, is that the buses aren't always on time, as their commute time is dependent on traffic conditions. I thought I had just missed a bus and was about to walk away to pass the time inside the terminal when I thought better of it and decided to stay. Not 5 minutes later, my bus showed up. Who needs a car when you have this option to get into Boston and your two feet or the T to get around? read more

i Have to agree that LEX is a terrible service. Not the service but the rude employees. There is one driver in the Framingham depot who speaks to grown adults as if they are stupid children. He's done this to us twice. Time #3 is gonna see him cursed out. read more

Took the shuttle morning of May 18 from Braintree. We stopped at terminal A to unload passengers. Luckily I was looking out the window because my luggage was unloaded and left on the curb. My husband had to yell and run to the front of the bus or it would have been left behind. Great start to our trip, but would have been much worse if I had not been observant. I won't be using shuttle again. read more

It's cheaper and usually more efficient than driving into Boston and parking at the airport. Buses are clean. Service for the most was good. The parking lot was somewhat crowded. But I was able to find some available spots in the back. The reason why I won't give it 5 stars is there needs to be more buses on Saturday. On most days there is a bus about every 30 minutes. On Saturday there is 1 bus per hour. One time after my plane landed at Logan on a Saturday, I had just missed the Logan Express Bus for Braintree and had to wait almost a hour for another bus. However that bus was fill and I had to wait more 10 minutes for a different bus. read more

Great ride........fast and very affordable. No traffic and this was during Christmas Holiday. I would do it again.

Busses only run at the top of the hour. Busses are over crowded and people were left behind. Massport needs to do something about this as parking options are dismal for Logan Airport since the pandemic began. read more

Cheap way to get to airport. I have never been on the bus when it's crowded and never ridden from Logan back to the bus terminal so my review is only about rides TO Logan. I found this to be a cheap, easy and convenient way to get to the airport. Bus and terminal were clean enough, my ride wasn't full so we could all spread out. Air conditioned and seats are fine for the short ride. Staff is meh. Not bad but just... apathetic. I've come to realize that people in MA just always seem like they hate their jobs and possibly their lives, at least that what their faces convey. Not everyone, just most. Overall, this service is easy to use and cheap. read more

Got to Logan in a timely fashion and back to the Braintree Parking after returning with no problems whatsoever

This is a great service when weather is bad or it's rush hour...saves your loved ones from doing serious battle with airport traffic (which really is a big deal at Logan). The ride is on the expensive side for public transportation ($12 one way), but it does provide door-to-door service, which is a plus over the T. Very worth the money...there's a Dunkin' Donuts inside the terminal in case you're hungry or need somewhere to warm up while you wait for the other half of your ride. read more

I have never had an issue with Logan Express until last night when I got off my flight ten minutes before midnight. There is supposed to be a Logan Express Braintree pickup at 12:15am and the bus never came. Myself as well as about 4 others had to wait in the airport until 1:25am for the bus to show up. It was freezing and being this late at night all you want to do is get home. I have heard others comment that this bus is either late or no shows for late arriving flights. Hopefully they get this figured out. Other than that I have had nothing but good experiences. read more

A great option when commuting from Logan International to the outer areas. I flew into Logan and needed to get out to Braintree. I would be staying at the Hyatt Place. The bus ran every 30 minutes. At the airport, simply follow the signs for baggage claim/ground transportation. You will see orange signs for the Logan Express and a list of each of the different areas that the buses go out to. They run on the half hour...so they leave Terminal A at 12:00, 12:30, 1:00..etc and stop at the other terminals before exiting the airport. The driver was very nice and helpful. The ride to Braintree from the Airport is about 30 minutes, but took us closer to an hour due to delays from earlier accidents along the highway. Once you arrive, someone will collect your ticket, if you have purchased prior, or you can pay cash right there. I ended up purchasing a round trip ticket, which they were running a special for that week due to it being President's/Vacation week. Instead of the standard $11.00 fare, I was able to get a round trip ticket for $11.00. Essentially, half price. The Braintree station has a waiting area, with a booth so that you an purchase bus tickets as well as some vending machines. The bus departs every 30 minutes or so for the airport. I would highly recommend this mode of transportation to and from the airport. I did some research and taking a cab/uber from the Airport out to the Hyatt in Braintree would run $55-65!!! I was able to get to and from the Airport for $11 total. The hotel was walking distance so I really saved a lot. As I previously said, this is a great option. I also saw that many people had parked their car at the Braintree station and took the bus. I would imagine that parking at Logan, like many airport parking, is expensive. read more

$22 round trip. Fast. On time. Comfortable seats. Getting to/from Framingham is quite easy and very economical. I will do this again.

Can be convenient but the worst part is always waiting for the bus after arriving at the airport. Arrived at terminal C and it's great to see the digital boards telling you when the next bus arrives except it wasn't very accurate. Showed arrival for 5 minutes then it disappeared and only showed 40 minutes then it appeared again for 5 minutes then said DUE and then disappeared and showed the next 2 arrivals for 30 minutes and 50 minutes. Ugh! With all the GPS these days you'll u would think it would be easy to get it right. read more

Driver of Logan-to-Braintree bus on 8/13/2018 at 12:15 AM (Last Sunday bus), lied to my face , told me he couldn't wait, and that there'd be another bus in "about 25 minutes." (My bags hadn't come out of the carousel yet). 90 minutes later, I decided I'd been played by a jerk kid bus driver, and called an Uber to get to Braintree. The kicker? Logan Express doesn't issue refunds, so I'm stuck with the return trip part of a round-trip ticket that I'll never use. Scumbags. read more

Driver at Logan of bus #2705 to Braintree is his evening stated he could not tell me how often the buses come. I asked if he knew wether it was closer to 15 minutes or an hour and a half and he said he did not know. He rudely kept repeating "another bus will come." I find it hard to believe the driver has no knowledge of the schedule whatsoever. Thankfully the driver of the next bus 2708 was more polite and came about 20 minutes later. read more

Don't use this service before 9am they are never on time and sometimes leave more then 5 minutes early.

Super convenient. Very nice staff and bus drivers. Wish they had more than one window inside the building. Always takes forever to pay after getting off the bus because there's so many other customers. Please get another window! Used to have s Dunkin donuts here, now it's gone which is very unfortunate. Also the building inside is kind of old. Could use some updating. They just make The parking lot a little bigger and added more lighting which is nice. Thank you for providing a safe and efficient ride to Braintree. Traffic and a closed tunnel did not effect service.

This SHOULD be a reliable way to get to the airport. This should be a reason to cut down on traffic and pollution But it's not. Instead it's the reason people don't want to take public transportation. You're better off splurging on an Uber or driving yourself. They run late with no excuse or addition of extra buses. They drive by people who have been waiting and then won't pick them up! I just waited over a half hour for a delayed Logan express bus to get back to Braintree. The guy finally shows up only to shout something out the door and continue driving without letting us on. Unbelievable. Another time I almost missed my flight because when the bus stopped at south station the guys decided to get off the bus, and go into south station to buy dinner!! read more

I have used Logan Express many times and have never had an issue. Today I was not riding the bus but was driving myself on1 A north right after the TW tunnel. But several minutes later he pulled up next to me and flipped me the bird. How unprofessional is that. This man represents your company. I am sure your passengers saw this as well.
