Jack cleaned our fireplace and chimney and when we started the next fire the house filled with smoke. I called Jack and told him about our problem and he told me he was going to talk to someone about it and call me back the next day. Jack never called back and after several attempts to reach Jack again with no success, I called a different chimney sweep. The other chimney sweep noticed the problem on his walk to our front door.
