I put my project on Yelp, and Dragonfly was one of the first companies to respond. They contacted me by phone (no AI messaging system) and were very polite and professional. They sent someone out that day, and the price they quoted was actually very reasonable. They happened to have an opening the next day, and I had my new water heater installed less than 24 hours after I first saw them, and for a price I could actually afford. Every person I dealt with at this company has been kind, personable, and knowledgable. This is a small local family owned business, and now I have a plumber I trust for any future needs. They also do HVAC, and I plan on using them for that, too. It's such a relief as a homeowner to have a great company to work with, and I highly recommend these folks. What a great experience!

I can not imagine how painful they are to deal with if they are not expecting a $20,000+ check from you. I needed a complete HVAC replacement so major payday for them. I just needed someone to give me a recommendation and an estate. Set an appointment for noon the next day. On the day of they called told me it was going to be more like 12:30. Then around 12:30 they called and said it would be 1:30. As it got close to 1:30 they called and asked for 2:00. I told them 2:00 was as late as I could wait. At 2:00 they called and told me he was on his way and would be there in 15. Now I am going to be late for my other commitments. At 2:15 the guy calls and tells me he is only NOW leaving and it will be 40 min. To their credit they were VERY polite and, unlike a lot of places, were appropriately embarrassed and apologetic for the mistakes. So I was impressed there, but when you just keep making mistakes and fail to make good on every commitment there is really no option so canceled and called another company.

When I reached out, they were pretty responsive and moved things to text; the key to my Millenial heart. He gave me options on what we could do, pinpointed the problem, and didn't push or overwhelm at all. I feel like I'm writing this one as a service to them to spread the word, but selfishly so I can remember to come back to them specifically if and when any fireplace issues arrive.
