Brandy came out, same day, 7:30pm, took her time, and carefully evaluated everything. She initially suspected a pressure switch or possibly a motor issue and even went to get parts. But instead of just replacing things unnecessarily, she kept thinking through the problem, came back, and found the actual issue -- a clogged tube with debris. She fixed it on the spot. My experience includes several complete new systems installed and at least one furnace only. In every case, Kirk made sure that the job was done right and at a very competitive price. They don't spend money on advertising or fancy new trucks and pass along the savings, which I find preferable. The quality of the work is what makes or breaks an air conditioning installation, not so much the brand of the equipment. Experience counts, and they have it. I can recommend them sincerely.

Air Care got back to me quickly and said they could come by on Monday between 9-11. There was one company that replied over the weekend but they had no reviews, so I didn't engage with them. Come Monday, Air Care was a no show, no call by 11:30. I called them and talked to Josh. He apologized and said their system didn't let them know I had an appointment. I knew I was texting with AI up to that point, so I accepted his apology. He told me they would have someone out between noon and 2. The technician showed up 20 minutes later and had the bad capacitor replaced and the spring service done in 20 minutes. Air Care came through in the end and got out A/C working again. My wife and I appreciated that and would hire them again.
