Vince the owner of Castle Heating and Cooling did an excellent job replacing my blower motor on my furnace. His price was $400. while the other large company wanted $1200. for the same thing. I enlisted Yelp's help by creating a project, and they got me several providers who could help with our needs. Vince at Castle was quick to reply, gave me a good quote on the service we needed and arrived the same day early in the afternoon. He could not have been more professional or courteous. He checked out our system and said that everything was good to go for the spring, and that he would be happy to come back in the fall for a tuneup of the furnace, which I asked him to do. if we ever need repair on our HVAC system, Vince will be the first person I call. read more

I had another hvac company come out to take a look at my furnace which wasn't igniting (it's starting to get cold out), this kid quoted us $1100 for circuit board we apparently needed. I thought I'd check yelp to see if there were any other hvac people that could provide a second opinion. Vince responded to my yelp quote request almost immediately and came in the next day. He took a look and told me it was nothing more than just a new igniter which was only about $80!!!! I'm so so so thankful for Vince and how quickly he fixed our problem without trying to push a sale or screw us out of more money. Last week when we had about a foot of snow, I woke up to my furnace blowing cold air. I tried everything I could to see if I could find the fix on my own but after a couple hours I gave up and reached out to a handful of companies. Vince immediately called me and said he would try to dig his van out and get to me. About an hour later he was inspecting the furnace and found the source of the problem. Unfortunately, no one else was open to get the part needed so he was able to create a safe, temporary fix until he could come back with the part. Was transparent about what he was doing, how much it would cost to replace the part and the cost for the service.
