Weston was here about 3:30 and surveyed the situation......looks like a snake decided to wrap itself around my fan motor shaft...took it apart, tested the motor which ended up bad. While the weather was turning colder, the house was getting pretty chilly, especially at night. We survived with our electrical heater for the first two nights. I was surprised when I received a call from A/C Doc on Sunday. We were able to schedule a time for Monday. He gave us a 2 hour window and arrived within that time. Not only did our service tech arrive and solve our issue but the owner stopped by to be sure we were completely covered. They went above and beyond to even assist us in installing a few extra items to our vents. Will definitely call them (or request them through our home warranty service provider) if ever we need assistance again.They were very knowledgable and helpful.
