I looked up on google what are the best companies with good reviews on AC/HVAC Repairs and services and I found a couple and did try to call them. They are the once with most stars and reviews. I told them about the problem yet they seem to be not so eager to help since they think it's probably a small issue and we can't get the much money from me. That's just my assumption since I told them about the issue already. Second, they are busy on a Monday. I was like crap, I need somebody to take a look at our AC now since my son has a trache with multiple medical issues and its been hot since the past few days since its a weekend. Looked up on Yelp and I posted my issue and THEY are the only one who messaged me and contacted me immediately (4-5) minutes with a with a quote already. I was like yes, can you guys come now? I gave them my details and they came after 3 hours. It was almost noon and lunch time so I totally understand the little delay. But they replied and came almost immediately. They called me and shoot me a message when the technician is about to arrived and Riley did a pretty good job explaining to me what was happening. He fixed it immediately and told me it was just the rodents biting of the wires of my ac exhaust. Did some checks on my capacitor and was very professional in telling me how to prevent future stuff from having issues. Man, they showed up and when needed most! Requested a second opinion after receiving news that 2 furnaces needed replaced from 2 of the largest HVAC companies in Kansas City. They wanted us to pay $15K to replace or pay for a $3000 repair to one unit- when Keith with Team Kline came out he charged $79 to clear drains on both units and informed us that while the units were older and should consider replacement in the next few years they were in proper working order! They replied very quickly to my request and scheduled an appointment for two days later. The technician arrived on time, fixed two light fixtures in less than an hour and charged less than $100, including the cost of one new light fixture that he installed. The guys that came out did a great job and did a very clean install that works (and looks) way better than the last guys work. They came out, quoted, and replaced my whole HVAC system before some other places could even get out to quote me. read more
