We recently retained Dan of All Clear Dryer Vent Cleaning due to watching a news program regarding the fire hazard caused by clogged dryer vents. Dan arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed that our dryer vent piping that leads to the outside of the house had somehow come disconnected from the inside of the wall/connection in the laundry room. Dan's company, All Clear Dryer vent cleaning was highly recommended by an appliance repair company. I am glad I called them as they were very responsive, and we had a bit of an involved vent cleaning situation, that they Did Not upcharge us for. The other thing I liked is that they give you a bid before they come to your home based on the location of your dryer vent as it exits your home, and said they would do a test to ensure you actually needed your venting system to be cleaned out. The price to do this was very reasonable, and it will make our dryer so much more efficient and it will keep the heating element from burning out again. If for some reason after they do the airflow test and he determines you don't have that much lint, it is simply charged as a service call only. Everyone is so busy, and it was nice to be able to get all of this taken care of on one visit instead of having a bid visit, and then an actual service visit. I recommend them highly, and plan to use them again in three years on a recommended maintenance cycle. read more

Dan just done the job for me this morning. Obviously, he did a great job. I appreciated that he took off shoes when he came in my house even i didn't ask for. Whole clean process took about 1 hours, that's really fast. And Dan, he's so nice. He cleaned the back area of Dryer and also help me adjusted the indoor dryer vent to a good size. it used to be too long. Dan also showed me the photos of dryer vent, before and after cleaning. That looks completely different. The vent was really really terrible and dirty before. Now looks awesome!!! A couple days ago the "check dryer vent" light came on our dryer. We called All Clear Dryer Vent after reading some of the reviews on Yelp. We were not disappointed. Dan is fantastic. Not only did he completely clean our dryer vent, he was able to switch my dryer/washer so it will be easier to load the dryer from the washer (the door wasn't reversible on the washer although we didn't realize that when we purchased it). It has made my life much easier (we do a lot of laundry). He wen above and beyond to help us. He did a superb job of cleaning the vent, and spent about an hour switching the machines out. His price was very reasonable. If anyone needs their dryer vent cleaned, DAN with All Clear Dryer Vent is the person you want to call. A year ago we had a different company. I am so glad we had Dan come out and clean our vent for us. Another company came to our house twice--first time assured us the vent was clear and the second time (since we were still having issues) to tell us the issue was probably at the top of the vent and they don't go onto roofs. Called another company and they wanted $300+ . Thankfully, I found reviews for Dan's services and reached out to him. Dan was able to come out the same day I called, knew exactly what the issue was (bird guard), showed me pics of the clogged vent and then cleared it for us.
