The technician arrived on time, and worked quickly- too quickly…read more I told him that our carpet had never been cleaned, and that it was roughly ten years old. He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

The tech showed up 2 hours after the specified time, was extremely rude, and did nothing to solve the problem that was presented. However, upon providing absolutely zero services to address my problem (and not even having the correct tools to do so) we were harassed, berated, and yelled out for refusing to pay a fee that this tech believed he was entitled to. Additionally, my interior laundry area is left an utter mess, with the dryer vent totally disconnected from celling. Because of this disconnected hose, I can still see the massive amount of lint that were supposedly "cleaned out" (and was the quote on quote "service" that had been provided. Upon reaching out to the owner, this behavior was excused and justified. Look elsewhere!!
