First of all, they came when they said they were going to come. Every. Single. Time. Secondly, the communication was extrodinary. They took photos of everything. Professional. Followed up wtih emails. Once I said I preferred texts, they texted the rest of the time. I did need some work done to prevent water from draining into my newly installed fireplace and to keep damage from being done with one of my gas fireplaces. After so many service companies have left us hanging, didn't show, etc, we weren't sure how to act with a company that actually does what they are supposed to do and provides actual customer service. They are literally amazing. Because I was able to get the work done right away, they discounted the work by the cost of the inspection. I used them again for my daughter's home and same great service. Carlos did the work. He was professional and communicative. Took photos post work. All AMAZING. Thank you Sure Glow. Even…read morethough they were subcontracted, the cost was almost 30% lower than a qualified, highly rated, local electrical business I had searched for myself. They arrived and made the installation quickly. Took care of getting the permit and arranging for the subsequent inspection. Initially, like the electrician I had picked, the plan was to route the power from the breaker box, outside and, via a conduit, run it to the attached garage. Upon arriving, they cleverly found a way to route it through the ceiling and straight over to the garage. They also adjusted the receipt, invoice, two additional times to meet the local utility rebate by adding information the utility was not specific about in the instructions. I was pleased with the results and, 2 months later, still looks and works great!

This company has been truly miserable to work with. We hired them for remediation when our basement…read moreflooded, and that part went very well. The remediation professionals were quick, helpful, and knowledgeable. Because of this positive first impression, we decided to continue working with them to rebuild our basement (new floors, dry wall, etc.). Every step of the process since then has been like pulling teeth. The lead contractor is completely absent, he doesn't return calls for over a week at a time and the only reason we ever hear from him is when we call the main company line and they prod him to return our calls. We go a weeks at a time between steps forward. We've never been given a timeline or any sense of how long this will continue. It's been 3 MONTHS since our basement flooded. The remediation took less than a week, but we're still waiting to make ANY progress with the rebuild team. I would never recommend this company to anyone for rebuild services. They have been unhelpful, unprofessional, and overall a huge disappointment. Edit for more context: In all honestly, I originally typed out this review ever a year ago. I didn't submit it to yelp because I worried I was too close to the experience to fairly rate the services. After a year of reflection, I stand by my words above. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for any rebuild services.
