I went in looking for Crocs work shoes. The Crocs website stated that this location carried their…read moreproduct, so I commuted to the mall and found myself super disappointed. They only had 3 pairs and they were all huge men's sizes. The employee on duty was a manager and offered to call Janzten Beach location and said I could drive over there, but since it was a commute to get to this location in the first place, I wasn't willing to drive across town again in the opposite direction (neither location is close to where I live). The employee didn't offer to see about ordering them to the store and his attitude made it seem like he had no intention of looking into ordering the work shoes at all and wasn't going to share the fact that I wasn't able to get the shoes they advertised; though he said I could order them myself online. That is bad customer service, he obviously didn't give a crap that I really needed those specific shoes. The problem with ordering online is that not everyone can buy shoes without trying them on, and the fact that a manager had that response basically sealed the deal that I will never go back to that store. Shoe shopping is difficult enough without having websites lie about the products they carry. Shame on Famous Footwear for not carrying product that they advertise. Disappointed in the lack of product and also the lack of service. Buyer beware, especially if you are promised a particular product online that claims to be in-store.

I am under 18 and in the 6/25/2023 I went to this store to get some shoes right when I entered I…read moresaw weird looks at me by the cashier and Karen (that's the manager's name). After we've been there a little we selected shoes and sat down waiting for our mom at this time karen called security and with him she brought one shoe and she asked me to show my bag caz she was looking for a different one. After she didn't find anything she didn't apologize as well as security so I just left it. Next morning I came there to get a compensation because what they did is ILLEGAL "If you were wrongfully accused of shoplifted at a store and wrongfully detained by security, you could be eligible to file a civil lawsuit." she called security and asked me to leave. Worst store experience ever AND the manager karen. Never go there unless you want to make them feel as a criminal as I felt.

Fred Meyer - Baker James took my order, relayed it to cake designer. When my husband picked it up, they were excited about it.

Fred Meyer pharmacist hung up on a confused patient mid-conversation…read more I recently changed insurance and am navigating new prescriptions with a new psychiatrist - an already stressful transition. I called the Fred Meyer pharmacy with genuine questions about a refill date discrepancy I noticed between my old insurance and what the pharmacy had on file. Instead of receiving any clarity or basic courtesy, the pharmacist was dismissive, showed zero empathy, and ultimately hung up on me mid-conversation. I wasn't being difficult. I was confused - which is a completely reasonable thing to be when your insurance, doctor, and medications are all changing at once. Pharmacists are healthcare professionals who regularly work with patients in exactly these situations. A little patience and a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel like a suspect for asking a straightforward question. That is unacceptable. I'll be transferring this prescription as soon as my current refill is complete. I wouldn't recommend working with Fred Meyer pharmacy.

Customer Service Review:…read more Arrived at 9:45 pm, yes relatively close to 10pm closing time. Initially asked Lead cashier (Red Vest) if I had to do a return for feminine products or could I do an exchange?? I explained I purchased said product at another location, for my Fiancé, and it was a cash sale I misplaced the receipt for. Under 10$ the Tampax product I purchased was wrong and I incorrectly chose these. Stating it was for allergic reasons I was unaware of and I was the loser fiancé who was just trying his best. Red vest said nope Customer service is closed and no tills are open also "needed a proof of of purchase" Frustratingly I accepted my fate and said thanks. I went back to my truck FOUND the RECEIPT. Walked back in at 9:51. Receipt in hand was given an attitude explaining "yeah whatever" again I accepted the response and left. Now I'll never shop at this location again. Why does having a receipt and paying for stuff even seem wrong these days. I'm a Hispanic man wearing a Hi ViZ work jacket, which is fine treat me accordingly, but my fiancé isn't she is perfect, and ultimately she will suffer. Not me. Thanks Fred Meyers self checkout Red Vest.

I stopped by this consignment shop yesterday because it happened to be in the same parking lot as…read moreT.J. Maxx, which I had stopped by just before. They had the cutest selection of retro outerwear. There was specifically a lot of Nike, Columbia, North Face, and a few other similar brands I can't remember off the top of my head. They had Columbia wind breakers in every possible color and material. The store is arranged by size and color, so it's really easy to find what you're looking for. The only reason I didn't end up buying anything was because I know for an absolute fact that I could get a brand new Columbia jacket for the exact same price at the outlet across the street. Pretty much all of their jackets were marked $25, which is how much they go on sale for brand new at the outlet. But if I struck out at the outlet or needed a specific color/pattern windbreaker for a party/event or something, then I would definitely come back here. I did not experience any of the issues with snotty customer service or a bad smelling store that other reviewers complained about. I actually thought it smelled pretty decent for a consignment store/Oregon. The girls at the counter greeted me when I came in and told me to have a nice day when I left. To be fair, I wasn't trying to sell anything, but, as a consumer, I appreciated their very specific brand/style curation. One of the other reviewers was complaining that they didn't buy her used non-brand-name clothes--like-- girl, duh. Just because you thought something was cute and a good deal doesn't somehow entitle you to a high resale value. This store is a great place to kill some time or find some retro outerwear, and the negative reviews are seemingly all trash.

They then shoved all the rejected denim back in my two bags. They ask for us to bring it in nice and neat then shoved our items back in our bags. No respect.
