After trying my things on I walked to the register area and stood there a good three or four minutes as the employee folded clothes until I finally said I am ready to check out and I have an exchange. I ordered a humidifier online, received 8-14-26. I was disgusted because you could tell it was…read moreused. There were yellow stains on the inside of the humidifier and the box should have contained 3 wicks, but there was only one. I returned it the following day. They gave me a refund and $15 kohls cash. On 8-17-26 I attempted to order something else online, but the website would not allow me to use the Kohl's cash as the area was grayed out. I contacted Kohl's customer service, they said the number on the kohls cash is invalid and instructed me to go back to kohls (Eastlake) to have them issue a valid one. On 8-17-26, I went to Kohls. The Manager, Adrianna, scanned the skew on the back of my kohl's cash and said it's valid and has $15 to use. I explained that I was unable to utilize the kohls cash. She suggested that I enter the number manually. I explained the area is grayed out. I asked her to issue a valid one so I can order online. She said she can't do that since it's from a retuned item. I said the only reason I returned the humidifier is because kohls sent me a used one. Frankly, I was shocked that kohls did not bother to check the item before they ship it. Adrianna did not offer an apology for the disgusting humidifier or the inconvenience of having to return to the store once again, without resolving the issue. Their own customer service department stated the number on the kohls cash is invalid. Adrianna did not resolve the issue and was unapologetic. I submitted this same review on Kohl's website, but they would not post it. I took a screen shot of their response.

I went back to return them and the staff treated me like a THIEF. They refused the return and accused me of stealing them. Later, when I tried to buy socks for myself, an employee wrote words/codes on them and made me feel like I was being watched as a suspected shoplifter. She literally labeled them so other staff would be warned about me. Humiliating, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will never shop here again. Avoid this store.

The store was nicely organized and the displays were welcoming. Sally provided excellent customer service from start to finish as well, and I was very impressed with her upbeat personality and kindness. Thanks for being a day brightener, Sally! I tried on a couple of things, and decided on some cute black pants with a white stripe. Super comfortable and flattering on. The other stuff I tried on was either cut a little weirdly for my shape, or too small. But, I'm happy with my pants. Athleta tends to be a little bit less costly than Vuori & Lululemon and not as pretentious, although their prices still skew on the higher side for athleisure in general. So while I do shop at all of these stores, I find the experience to be the most pleasant at Athleta. Mahalo!

I just wanted someone to listen to him with what he was looking for. I was recommended Bloomingdale's by a friend and gave it a shot. Once we got there and found the men's shoe section we immediately got offered help by a worker named Isaiah. Oh my goodness, a perfect shopping experience! He was so kind and sweet, helpful and listened. He made the experience feel personal and made us feel comfortable to where we didn't feel like just a customer. The section was very clean and organized making it easy to look around. Time flew by so quick! My son found a pair he absolutely loved that felt good and went with his style perfectly. Safe to say we will be back and the drive from Temecula was worth it. Thank you so much Isaiah!

I was not greeted during my entire visit and Bloomingdale's staff walked past me as if I wasn't there. On my one I found some knit casual jackets and linen shirts from Flaherty; which were nice. Unfortunately they were hung up on thin plastic hangers which marred the shoulders with the stretch-bump. Crossed into an area with Buck Mason clothing, and was finally greeted. 30 minutes after arriving. I gave the employee some shit about not coming over to greet me, like he was trapped in the section. Miles revealed to me that he worked for Buck Mason rather than Bloomingdale's. He then showed me several quality pieces perfect for summer. He introduced me to the brand; which will become a staple for me.

I took a pair of shoes off the top of the cart& an irate 300+ lb man and a psychotic sounding (mayb natural or not) woman came after me. The man lounged in the air towards me and I felt unsafe. I immediately reported to the manager and the security there but it seemed like the scary couple was still in the store. It now looked like she was on some kind of Facebook or insta live, I now think I should've called the police for not only my safety but others because this was unacceptable especially in a space just shopping. If anyone goes here please beware of a couple with the overflowing cart who are on live and this man.

LULULEMON ATHLETICA @ FASHION VALLEY…read more Parking is available at any of the garages at Fashion Valley. I usually park near Zara or H&M because I like that parking structure the best. It can get pretty busy, but there are usually still plenty of spots. This Lululemon just opened about a month ago. I actually saw them finishing it up at the end of January and February, so now that it's fully open everything still feels super new and really nice. The store is kind of located in the middle of the mall, and when I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon there were so many people checking it out. I really love the architecture of this location. They have little touches that feel very San Diego, like a sign that says "Welcome to San Diego," which is such a cute detail. They also have a lot of new arrivals right now especially leggings with new prints, including some cheetah styles that just came out. I'd also recommend checking out their jackets. I just picked up their new white jacket with a gold zipper and it's super cute and really flattering. It was about $130, but the quality and fabric feel really nice. They also have a great men's section along with women's items, so it's definitely worth stopping by. The store is located on the second floor, and parking at Fashion Valley is free, which makes it easy to just walk around and explore the mall.
