This time, I decided I wanted to switch it up for my birthday. The first pic is what I asked for & the other two, are what I got. It took 5 hours and while Dianna was drying my hair, she was talking about all the things that went wrong; how the root touch up didn't "hold" like it was supposed to, how I have "color buildup" in certain areas so the color is "uneven"(which if I had color buildup, it's due to one of her other stylists that's been coloring my hair), how there wasn't much difference in my hair but "it'll get lighter over time", etc. Somehow, the cost was $405, which I think is a complete scam. I paid it all in cash and a few days later, they charged my card $405 as well, so they took $810 from me, for hair that I didn't ask for. They said that my "transaction never went through" and I told them I paid them in cash so they should never charge my card in the first place, and they claim they gave me a refund but I'm still waiting on it to go through. In addition, they made appointments for me that I was never informed of & completely unaware about until 2 hours before & they were upset when I didn't show up. He was very attentive of what I had to say, and made sure I liked how he was cutting it throughout the entire process. He seemed to be very experienced, and cut my hair in under an hour! Usually stylists take 2-3 hours to cut my hair since it's a very short women's style, so his experience with hair was evident in the confidence and speed of his cutting. The outside of the building was not the nicest looking, but the inside was cute and all the people seemed very "real" and very kind. I will definitely be going back, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stylist with reasonable prices!
