I went in for my first facial with Jaime, and I knew I would keep booking here because of how great Jaime was. After a few facials there, I signed up for 6 facials with them (pay 5 up front, get the 6th one free) without any hesitation. Jaime is so sweet, attentive, and just an overall great person! I love coming in to see her. I had one facial with Kaley who was also absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend her too. Overall, I've never had such positive continuous experience with a spa. I really think this is the best spa.

Deep tissue or heavy pressure does not exist here. Medium is what you will end up getting. Decided to still go because I needed my face and eyebrows done for senior pictures. I should have just done it at home. First of all, went in and she (not the owner, another woman) seemed like she didn't want to do mine or my brother's eyebrows. she made his eyebrows look too skinny. For me, she was so rough to the point of almost bleeding. Worst experience here by far and that's coming from someone who absolutely loves this place. I had initially asked for my whole face done, but decided for her to just do my eyebrows so she wouldn't mess up the rest of my face a day before my pictures. I can't believe this service. My eyebrows look horrible and too skinny and I don't know how to fix them. Only coming back here if the owner is working because this is ridiculous.

First time here. Great experience. Super clean environment. Friendly receptionist and wax…read moreassociate. I am assuming this is a franchise or a corporate company. This feedback is for corporate... its seems like natural products are important to you. I'm concerned that you have microwave ovens in every room and that you microwave the sugar wax in plastic containers. The exposure to microwave ovens all day long is not in the best interest of your staff. This is a serious and potentially very dangerous health risk. Additionally, microwaving the plastic containers all day long can add unnecessary PBAs (toxic microplastics) into the sugar scrub which may be toxic for your staff and clients. These issues can easily be resolved by making 2 simple changes to your room set up. 1. Replace microwave with a crock pot or something similar. Have hot water available in the crockpot all day long. 2. Keep the sugar wax in a glass container inside of the hot water in the crockpot. This will keep the sugar wax hot all day and will protect your staff and customers from unnecessary radiation exposure and toxic microplastics. You have smart young women working for you. As an employer, it's your responsibility to protect them. Thanks for taking this feedback. I'd like to use your services again - if you ditch the microwaves. Thanks!
