I even stuck up for these people when I heard some similar type of news in the very beginning of my experience with them because what they said was so believable, but it was all a lie. I would not trust this place. I would not recommend this place. I tell you right now the contractor hold no accountability without going all the way to the contractor state license board. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights.
